Unprofessional Driver Behaviour (Rapido)

Hi Team,
I had booked the trip for a friend of mine.
Once the captain he asked us the cancel the ride . That time I said it's not possible. Then the told us that he will Cancel the ride from his end and asked us to pay the money directly to him rather than via Rapido.

But my friend was dropped middle way as the caption asked my friend to wait for 2 mins as the caption mentioned that his bikes battery is low and needs to be charged. Initially he said 2 mins he will be back but my friend waited for more than 30mins bcuz my friend was forced to pay money the rides personal account even before starting the Trip..

The trip cost was Rs.155.

He just travelled 1km from the picking location and dropped my friend in mid way giving lame reason that his EV battery is low and needs to be charged.

We tried to call him but was not responding. Later he picked the call. I do have the call recording and the payment ID ...

THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONALISM AND BREAK TRUST CUSTOMERS TRUST ON RAPIDO .

WHEN WE ASKED HIM TO REFUND THE MONEY HE WAS ABUSIVE...

PATHETIC FRAUD DRIVERS

To whomsoever it may concern I would like to drop a complaint regarding a ride i booked today. When i booked the ride the fare was showing 180 and after the completion of my ride the driver did not end the trip and showed me his screen that the fare was changed to 245 which i paid him in cash but when i Reached office and saw the ride i saw the total fare was 181. I request you to look into it and refund my amount

Fraud driver

To whomsoever it may concern I would like to drop a complaint regarding a ride i booked yesterday. When i booked the ride the fare was showing 128 and after the completion of my ride the driver did not end the trip and showed me his screen that the fare was changed to 330 which i paid him in cash but when i came back home and saw the ride i saw the total fare was 174. I request you to look into it and refund my amount otherWise i’ll go social with this issue. I am attaching the screenshot of my ride.

Very Unsatisfactory Service

I took Auto from Jogeshwari to Kurla. My driver name was Dasrath Yadav, Rick No M03CT1653. While reaching near Andheri, the driver drove away the Rick in high speed on Highway. I tried to stop him so many times but he didn't listen. He was very rude. Once I reached to my destination I was asked to pay extra because extra kilo meters were covered. I escalated my concern with Rapido team and very soon I realized they have nothing for us except expressing regret.

They are expecting from me to raise the concern from App and stop the Rick. On main Highway how this is possible I don't know

This is very un safe and unprofessional team

I will never take its service in future surely.

I have booked Rapido auto from Kalyani nagar pune to Mahadev nagar vadgav sheri pune..

Captain name: shrikrishna shivajirao

First he came after 15 mins after booking then we started the ride.. he was continuously talking on phone during ride.

During ride I said him we can take left here so we can reach early he said I will follow my map I said OK,not problem.

After 5 mins he stopped auto in front of banglow there was no road ahead and made ride as completed and started asking for money. I said wait this is not my dropping point then he started abusing at last started fighting. I have given 100 rs he didn't given me 9 rs back (charges was 91rs) and gone.

His behaviour like local Gunda.. please take action against such drivers.

I have a great respect to Rapido. But unfortunately your divers some time make frustrated. Today morning i booked a cab from Vittal Nagar, Pune to MIDC, NIghoje. Driver received my request and it was showing 5 mins to reach me. But i waited for 20 mins he did not turned up either canceled. He asked me where to go and after that he did not move from his place. He never come. After 25 mins he diverted ride. Because of I delayed to the office. I had the same issue even 2 days back. Particularly your cab drivers are not bothered about passengers.

It is disgusting. Please take action on these type of drivers.

I have take a ride which is of Rs. 55 when i have reached to my destination i want to pay by paytm but driver has said that you will pay by cash i didn't use paytm then i had paid cash but after 1 hour driver has requested to end the ride then i click on it then in my rapido app it is showing that i have to pay 156 Rs. for that ride why i have to pay now i have paid already then why it is showing again and again not allowing to book new ride..

I am G. Kumar Today morning I have booked rapido Auto, at the time of booking charges was displaying 186 rupees. After that When I reached my location the auto person asked to pay 210 rupees. I have paid 24 Repees Extra. Why i have to pay extra ? please explain.

Whenever, i cancel my ride due to additional amout asked by driver, your company is charging 15 rupees every time. Today also i have been charged 15 rupees extra.

Inefficient management

Hi this is Vidya from Hyderabad, Telanagana.
Recently I have booked a ride on Rapido from Koti to Moulali. So many riders have picked up my booking and reached me and after knowing my dropping location they had adked to cancel the order because of long distance. After a long time (45 mins. later) a rider had come up to drop me at moulali. It is around 9.30 p.m. Curiously i asked the rider why are the rapido guys are not interested to drop me. He said that in long drives they are not getting return rides to their own locations. and also he said so many facts that there is not benefits to riders regarding their service. The company only providing the service to public at cheap rates. And the company also benefits from the platform charges and conveyances. But the real hardworking riders are getting very low fares on their rides. He said that One week the CEO or the management should ride as Rapido Captain the the they will face the problems faced by a rider. But no one can. That is the reason. He simply replied. I said "Then why are you working for this company". He simply said, that is our fate. Every rider should takes some time to realize the face, and whenever he realizes the fact, he will definitely left the job. But no one who joins the company don't knows earlier the truth".

i saw what you have written, and it is obvious all raiders thinks about return charges , thats why i have made a practice of giving tips to such raiders , so that it will be helpful to return or any other purpose . Not only raiders but tips will be helpful for every workers like hotel suppliers , raiders ( not pertains to auto rickshaw) and at many more departments by observing. five to ten or ten to twenty rupees is more than enough for them . this is what i think so .

Complaint on Bike Rider

Today i.e. on 27.03.2023 I was booked RAPIDO bike rider at the cost of Rs.81/-. But the bike rider, either he is not willing to come on that rate or cancel his ride. Again he was demanded me extra money to complete my journey. I was ready to pay of Rs.81/-. Why I was cancel my journey. So I was not willing to cancel my journey. I am using this app from last 3 months and I have booked many rides.I will say that90% of the ride was unsafe or they charged higher and the driver were verg rude and unsafe drivers with abusive tongue This app is also not good I was trying to complain bt the app is not running well I am unstalling this app

Refund regarding failed ride

I had made a payment to Rapido via Google pay for my ride which was lateron declared fraud/failed. I want my paid money back. Kindly refund it as soon as possible. ( Amount 177 rupees)

Double fare demanded by driver

On 4th december I was searching for a ride from Howrah station to Sealdah station and the fare for each ride was around the same which is Rs.77. I tried booking my ride for 3 times. The incidents are as followed-

Location- Yours drivers were in front of the outside Post Office (opposite of the executives' lounge) with their bikes.

• The first driver cancelled my ride as there was a delay issue from my end ( as I couldn't understand where the driver was exactly), which is undersatandable.

• The second driver named, Pawan Prasad, met me and asked the usual ( Where to go and the price shown in the app ). After seeing the fare he demanded Rs 200 otherwise he won't start the trip. I didnt dance to his tune and said i cant pay that much. He then told that he is already in a loss because the parking fee for his bike is Rs.71. I said I cant pay that much and told him to cancel from his behalf, which he didnt and as it was getting late I cancelled the ride from my end.

• I tried searching for another ride when Azad Warsi was selected. He was 10-15 metres away from Pawan Prasad's location. As I was about to meet him, Pawan came running and said something to him, after which he was teling the same thing as Pawan. That there is some parking fees they have to pay for their bike and if I want a ride I would have to pay Rs. 200. It was getting late and I was about to miss my last train for home as I was already late tolerating your drivers dreadful demands one by one . At that hour no public transport was not available, so my only option was Rapido. Finally, I had to pay Rs. 150 for a 77 rupee ride to reach my destination.

This is not the first time this happened to me or my acquaintances. But I was hopeful before that Rapido was aware of this, and must have implemented strict rules for their drivers and taken stern action against such drivers who do these kinds of atrocious fraud by taking advantage of the passengers' situation and taking money illegally. This has gone too far, I just couldn't stay silent learning that It is still happening and no effective measures have been taken. These drivers are using your platform to fool people and take their money, so the responsibility lies with Rapido.
I want this to be investigated properly and I should be reimbursed what I owe. This is the last time I am putting my hope on Rapido. If not resolved, I would have to sought legal action. I hope my request will be heard and necessary actions will be taken.

The captain misbehaved

I am a girl, and the captain started asking unnecessary questions like where are you travelling and when would you return, and when I aksed him to focus just on his driving he made me get down of the auto in middle of my ride, and asked to book other! Just because I didnt reply to his unnecessary questions, he made me get down on not very usual spot, from where it was difficult for me to get other ride!

500 rupees gone

I topped up my wallet with 500 rupees and rapido didn't tell me after getting my location that it isn't in the serviceable area and now my 500 rupees in the wallet is useless

First time I was operated Rapido Bike App. Actually I don't know rules and regulations of Rapid Bike App. On 28-08-2022 @ 12.11pm booked a trip from Vijayawada Location to Venkatapalem through Rapido Bike App in Vijayawada and I paid advance payment of Rs. 85/- to M/s Rappen Transportation Service Pvt Ltd under UTR224017146890 through Phonepe. But I was not travelled from Vijayawada Location to Venkatapalem. That captain also not received commission. Again booked new trip and paid cash manually. In this circumstances please credit my amount of Rs. 85 /-.

I booked an auto from Rapido app at about 05.00 p.m on 06.09.2022 to travel from Poombuhar Nagar, Chennai to Thiruvanmiyur and paid the amount of Rs.359 through “G pay”. An auto came to my spot, but the concerned driver refused to accept the trip for the pre paid and he cancelled my booking also. Due to urgency, me too cancelled the Trip and availed his trip to proceeded for cash mode payment.But the auto got repair on the mid way and the driver dropped us at Ashok pillar. So we ought to find another auto from your app and completed our trip by late.
Now I want to get back the amount paid by me for the no trip done by Rapido.
Totally we got worst experience with you and lost my trust on your standard of operation. If it continues like this way God can also can’t save you from downfall. Try to improve the performance quickly.

Worst Services

Never seen such terrible services in my life. It's been more than 3 months i am following up for my money but they're not responding to the emails as well as to call. Please stop cheating the customers.

Driver demanded extra amount

I had to pay twice the fare because even after paying once, the auto driver denied to have received any money. I showed him the corresponding receipt also as it was shown on the Rapido app. Please see to it as I had to pay twice and the driver hasn't yet returned the money.
