Please Don't bye Pigeon product its product and service is very bad.
I have a Pigeon 1800 induction cooktop which is under warranty. I've used it for 3 months and now it has stopped working. I registered a complaint on 11th July and was assigned the PRINCE ASSOCIATES service center. When I visited Prince Associates, the service center staff checked the induction and accepted it for service. They took 8 days for repairs, and even after that, I’m still unable to use a pressure cooker on this induction.
The service center person said that a pressure cooker cannot be used on this induction. But I’ve used it before on this same induction without issue. I also have another induction cooktop where the pressure cooker works fine, so why wouldn’t it work on this one?
"I got the induction serviced, and after that I started facing issues with using the pressure cooker. There was no problem before."
Whenever I raise a complaint, it gets closed without resolving the issue.

We purchased electric cooker 19/04/2024.

The cooker started misbehaving after 2 months of use and we visited multiple times to customer service.

Many times it was serviced and once replaced but same issues we continuously facing, Major problems mentioning below.

* Water and steam leaks from the cap.
* Blasting sounds getting from the machine.
* Keys not functioning properly.
* Visited N number of times for service skipping my daily work.
* Poor customer service response from pigeon staff once spoke over phone.
* Faulty smell coming out like burning wires.

The machine is not usable now and we are thinking whether to go again for service - Even if they service also next day it is acting same.

I have 2 children, wife and parents at home, If anything happen i will definitely sue you for this.

Request replacement of the device as early as possible with a proper one.

induction cooktop liya 4 mahine hua. 4 mahine ke andar kharab ho gaya . Complaint Kiya ek Mahina hua Abhi Tak service nahin mila.. is company ka product kharab hai usse bhi kharab hai company ka customer service.. bekar company hai.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a Pigeon Special 3L Pressure Cooker from flipkart on 15 January 2023. Unfortunately, the cooker is not functioning properly — it does not whistle, and water leaks from it during use.

As the product carries a five-year warranty from the date of purchase, I kindly request a replacement as it is still under warranty.

Please let me know the next steps and documents required for processing the replacement.

Mujhe plate uplabdh karwa do mai khud hi laga lunga koi tecnician ki jarurat nahi . Mera induction ka model hai. Rapido junior uski top glass wali plate chahiye kaise milegi . Kripya jaldi batayen .

Product is not working and it's service agent is not visiting for more than 15 days and not even responding. Bad after sales service.

I bought pegion electric kettle 1 day ago but it's lid is removed from kettle don't know it's demage or not

i buy a induction cooker in last month from tamilnadu kelambakkam pegion store. and the product was not working. i contact them to service. but the said they need one week to repair. now this is the second week . they again tell that they need one more week

Brought pigeon air fryer from Flipkart and it’s not working from the start. I can’t return the package now and the replacement is not working, please take an action as soon as possible

I bought pigeon 3 burner gas stove from flipkart on june 22nd and they delivered on 24th which was an open box delivery. When the courier opened it everything was fine and ko defects. Brass Burners were looking like gold with good shine. After three days of usage observed black patches on all thr three burners. When contacted flipkart their response is not upto the mark and rejected my request three times saying its open box delivery. But only after three days of usage this issue cropped up and they r not ready for both replacement or refund. Can pigeon send me three good quality burners as replacement or a new stove as its in warranty.

My induction cook top is falling apart in just 6 lots of mild usage. With appropriate voltage and no prolonged cooking. This shouldn't have been the case. Kindly deal with it immediately. It has become impossible to cook on it since it shuts off every minute and then regains and then goes back off again.. this goes on repeat. Please deal with it as soon as possible.

I have order a pigeon air fryer from Flipkart on 11 March 2024. On the next day of usage it is not working ihave raised a complaint in Flipkart but they said that you have to contact brand so I have given stovkraft details to raise a concer I have raised a issue in website regarding this in stovkraft so they provided the local service center details after 12 days of complaint so I have called them regarding this to lock service centre but they deined to check and ask me to come to service centre after one week I have waited one week and went to them with tha product they received the product and not even check once they ask me to leave after completion they will inform but till today one week left no call back or response received form them i have ask them they said that spare part is not available and their manager is not available need more time they can't even saying the exact time they just saying that their services will be like this only I am totally disappointed so I am writing to you please resolve the issue

Hi I bought a Pigeon Health fry Digital Air Fryer on 13th Oct 2023 from FlipKart but it never worked from the very 1st day.
When we switch on, just for 1 sec, it shows options on the screen and then immediately everything gets vanished and it shows some E1 error always.

Please register the complaint for E-Pigeon Airfryer15045Green (Delivered on 21 Aug 2023) Invoice No: SLTC4265138, Purchase online through Croma. The AirFryer is not working. It just a two days the product is not working this is really surprised how and why within two the product is not working, Please assign your engineer to visit and resolve the problem.
