I have order a pigeon air fryer from Flipkart on 11 March 2024. On the next day of usage it is not working ihave raised a complaint in Flipkart but they said that you have to contact brand so I have given stovkraft details to raise a concer I have raised a issue in website regarding this in stovkraft so they provided the local service center details after 12 days of complaint so I have called them regarding this to lock service centre but they deined to check and ask me to come to service centre after one week I have waited one week and went to them with tha product they received the product and not even check once they ask me to leave after completion they will inform but till today one week left no call back or response received form them i have ask them they said that spare part is not available and their manager is not available need more time they can't even saying the exact time they just saying that their services will be like this only I am totally disappointed so I am writing to you please resolve the issue

I have bought pigeon induction on june2023 and from this year i jave stared using it and it is not working properly and showing EO problem please fix it and let me know what should be done.

I had taken pegion induction but it never starts and sometimes has EO problem, please fix it.

Hi I bought a Pigeon Health fry Digital Air Fryer on 13th Oct 2023 from FlipKart order OD42939910706880xxx but it never worked from the very 1st day.
When we switch on, just for 1 sec, it shows options on the screen and then immediately everything gets vanished and it shows some E1 error always.

I Complaint on Jan 25 2022 for pigeon cooker till today (07/05/2022) I am not getting proper reply from Service centre.

We purchased a mop manufactured by Pigeon less than three months back. We were informed that any issues within 3 months it would be replaced. During last month the bucket stopped working since it’s spinner stoped working. We took it back to the shop where we had purchased and he said he will show it to the company and get it ready. We checked after a week when the shop informed that the spinners rod has made a hole in the bottom and that does not come under warranty and till now we have not received any returns. Just imagine if the product is not holding for three months and now the company personal is saying that we are not aware on how to use it and he can not repair nor replace. This is real cheap and cheating company

I have submitted my induction gor in waranty replacement from 3 months my induction isnt getting repaired or replaced. The guy called akshay(solapur) dosent respond to the call at all. I think pigion is the theft service in india, bcz you peoples are looting the peoples.

I bought the two stove gas from Flipkart six months back. Within a month I was facing leakage issue but after 20 days of continues follow up technician came did nothing and went so I had to spend Rs 500 to repair.

Now again flame is coming lower. Past one and half month I have been calling to reach out but zero response now trying to get an help through Flipkart but still no response from your side.

Now requesting you close the issue at earliest.
