Purchased a induction stove from Amazon. So many time mailed you but no reply received from your side.

I bought the product called pigeon induction stove repido slim. I ordered on amazon online store and got delivery at Sunday 5 July 2020. 2 days ago I found problem in induction stove, I plugged and start induction but product was not any of response. I tried my best to find electronics fouls first at my home, but all things are working condition of my electric supply and other things. Only induction stove is not any kind of response. I called to amazon care, person said their 10 days return policy are over and give me email address of yours.

I requested to pigeon India to solve my problem related with induction stove. I do support in procedure.

I purchased a Pigeon Pop-up toaster which stopped working within few days of purchase. Since then am continously chasing your team for help. I have written numerous mails but received zero response. I called all your helpline and CS numbers but they were unanswered. I tried reaching to your executives but all in vain. Now am left with a feeling of helplessness and betrayal.

Please provide resolution to my issue asap.

The heating is not happening in Pressure Cooker. It is not getting heated while kept in induction.

Recently I bought Pigeon pressure cooker combo of 2l,3l,5l.. where 2l and 3l have same lid.. the lid is working for 2l but when I use the same lid for 3l the water is coming out and gas leaking.. couldn't use 3l from the beginning because of this lid problem.. pls provide seperate lid for 2l and 3l.. pls revert back in my email id..

Hi, I have written a complain to your north service team about my kessel which is stopped heating and product is still in warranty. Its been more than 10 days, I have shared all the documents (invoice and picture of product) but still not getting any positive response from your customer service team. Cheap quality material on grinder. I think we need to stop buying Pigeon products.

Paid almost to other top brands like preeti. I should have spent few bugs for best product instead of this. Broken cheap quality materials placed inside.

Lodged customer complaint, Service guy visited after waiting for long time later he went saying he will visit back the next day. nearly 2 weeks and no clue of him.

I brought a pigeon 4 burner gas stove on January 2019 from Big Bazar . The gas stove is not working properly one of

the knobs of stove is stuck .I tried to call customercare but my call get cancelled or lines are busy .So please

register my complaint and send someone to repair my stove.
