I have purchased Pigeon Induction from Amazon and since purchase it's second time it has stopped working.
That's not the worst part , Issue is with service being provided by Sai Service Kanpur who are non responsive and very rude. my first complaint was answered after almost one month in January this year and now my second complaint is pending since last 10 days.. why should we go for induction if there is no service.

Induction top was purchased from Flipkart however it is not working. Got repaired from your service center which was paid service.
But after few days it is again not working. Please replace this unit.

I purchased Pigeon induction cooktop. It worked for a month , then it stopped. I complained for more than 2 months but still they didn't respond. It's one of the worst product.

Bought induction cooker from flipkart, delivered yesterday but not working, what should I do?

I bought a induction stove on 25th may 2024. Very first use it shows as E6 ERROR and reached service center to sort this issue. Once service done again i got the same issue and again I visited the same pigeon service center to solve that issue but the same E6 ERROR happened again and again 4 to 5 times and they again repaired the product and gave back to me now it sensor got burst.

Very Poor service .....- Iam Purchased a new Pigeon induction cooker on february 2024 from Sulabha Hyper market, Pala, Koyyam- kerala. Due to Not working condition return the Product to the Shop last Monday (13/05/2024) . Till this time it is serviced .

Pigeon is a very poor company and there behavior also very poor and i am trying to contact since 1week but no response from pegion service center. If i was known about pegion service i might be not brought this worst company product. If you are not available to give customer service why you open your organization please close your organization and tell to everyone sorry. I suggest to everyone please don't buy pegion any product because they promise they will give you service after delivered product but that is fake promise not working on this policy.
