Glass top has broken

First of all I would like to ask which material is used for top that it is not even sturdy for 2 years, when you know it cant be study or suitable for heat why you guys even use it and make our life risky,do you guys really feel we should change and buy new stoves every two year. My glass top has broken don't know reason yet.I want the replacement for this as it is in warranty period, I tried calling you guys multiple times but no response yet.Need your immediate attention.

Worst service and agent rudly behaviour

I have complained on 3 days back no one called and even called to agent he saying coming but not coming on 3days on words

It is correct local service center is very irresponsible and rude I have complained on many times but problem persists and solved till date and have to face embarrassment from local service centre

I hv purchased 3 burner gas in aug and from first day,my vessels getting black,like chulha,it's not easy to clean the vessels that much blackness are getting.some customer service no. Are not reachable.and I called them they repair stills same problem arises what I have to...in my way wrist service u are providing.

Stove having issue

I bought pigeon stove a month a ago, at start it was working very well but now it is having issues like gas leakage and formation of black layer on utensils used over stove.

Not functioning of gas burner. not shutting off the burner

I have raised a ticket for not functioning of 2 burners on Pigeon Infinity 3 stove gastop. This is happening after 8 months of purchase. After 1 month of complaint raise, they send a person home for service, Service person said the whole burner setup is faulty and it needs to be replaced. And he raised a request for parts to replace. but after 7 months they have not replaced the parts and closed the raised ticket. it is very disappointing. i have used that gastop only for 7 month. and now it is out of warrenty.

toll free number doesn't work. I have just bought a new gas stove 1 day before through Amazon online and its performance is really poor.

Need a technician to visit and check it.

Broken upper glass

This is the worst service I ever found in my entire life. I logged complain against the Replacement or Repair of my broken glass of Gas stove on 09/03/2021.

After taking continuous follow up from your Respected engineer Mr. Rajneesh Mishra, he assured me will intimate me within 2 days.
Every time I connect with him he give me the same answer and he never connected me back.

After completing a period of approx. 1 month I again connected him, now he is answering me that company close the ticket without any solution, if i want any repairs I need to pay Rs. 950/- because glass is not covered under the warranty claim.(voice is recorded in mobile)
If you already know glass is not covered under this warranty period then why you are wasted more than 20 days.
I Specifically buy this product on believe that I am purchasing branded product because of Safety and assurance service, but I personally prefer local product is far better than this.

I requested you to don’t taste the patience, If you couldn’t provide proper service then be specific.

Gas stove defect

I am highly disappointed by this pegieon gas stove . There is very low flaming of gas in our gas stove.it has been used for a year only and this how it shows the problem's.By this problem the utensils are getting black because they are been placed in gas for long time .The problems are being bigger as we are not able to cook our food in time

It has been very disappointed with the product purchased on 11 September 2020from Dmart Andheri East Mumbai 400058 17 September called to change the valve then on 19 September 2020 there was a glass breakage full glass stove is in pieces I have complained and still complaining but there has been no response to replace nor return the product very very annoying and sadning about pigeon gas stove the service manager of Maharashtra is not responding. I bought a 3 burner glass top oven of Pegion. The gas is leaking from the middle burner nov. I tried to call customer care number but they are not answering. There is no support for their product. I would not recommend to use Pegion brand for such product. I would recommend an enquiry on this company to provide such non-tested poor quality product, with no support setup. There could be accident for their product. DO NOT BYE PEGION PRODUCTS.

Gas stove burners are not working-under warranty period

We bought the pigeon gas stove (3 burners) on May 2017 from FBB Bengaluru. Out of the 3 burners, two of them are completely defective. If we reduce the flame, the burner goes off and fire catches from the lower end. This is really scary and unsafe. And for the third burner, the knob is defective. It broke within few months itself. We tried lodging complaints at FBB Bengaluru, they asked to talk to Pigeon customer care.
We tried calling customer care multiple times, but the call always went waiting or got transferred from here and there, and finally we were unable to contact. After multiple trials, we finally left it.
And now again we are starting this thread. Hope to receive help from your end. Request you to send someone to our place or make a provision to replace it.
We are highly dissatisfied using this product and the service.
