Sir, I have registered in paytm but I cannot use it as I am not been able to transfer some money to the paytm wallet. It's showing as error form past 3 weeks. I have not been able to complete my kyc also, even for this an error is showing when I have given the document proof required by u. I am also not been able to talk to any of ur agents regarding this issue. Service is really bad, sorry to say. Instead of making user friendly it's becoming complicated to me. Requesting you to plz sort my issue as soon as possible,

Dear Customer care,
I was an active member of PayTM till Jannuary 2018 and also i was asked to fill in my KYC but i am not able to login since i sent the KYC details and i am unable to use my payTM wallet since then please let me know the solution as i have tried multiple times to update my PayTM KYC details but with no favorable response please let me know how i can get reconnected to my PayTM account.
