Dear paytm support team my airline cancel my flight ticket and they refunded money to paytm but paytm still not give money in my bank account.

I have booked my flight ticket on 17th May 2023 and airline had cancelled the flight. I have initiated the refund and it was done from Airline (Spicejet) side. Horrible customer service from paytm side no proper reply also.
