Dear Team

This is to inform you that i choose Paytm option to pay the bill at Easy Day store 3748 khirkhi extension Malviya Nager New Delhi on 18th September evening. There were few conjunction due to poor signal. Amount deducted Rs 409 from Paytm wallet but not transferred

Till now there is no refund on account and tried several times to connect but not success. Pathetic service

Fraud call

i got a call claiming reprentative from PAYTM bank. he told me that i have not linked my aadhar with paytm account, account is going to deactivate. i said ok no issue, can be deactivated my paytm account. then he told me to cut the phone, i said you can also disconnect the call and u called me. then he started abusing me then cut the call.

i just wanted to know whether Paytm engaged people to abuse the customers.
