I am not getting super cash. Telling but not giving me.

On 14-10-23, around Rs. 60000/- debited from my wallet account by fraudulent and i immediately reported this incident to mobikwik, account also got disabled. But still on daily basis i am getting messages and phone calls to clear the overdue amount / payment which was used by the fraudster. Sent email to mobikwik regarding the fraud on the same day. But did not receive any reply from them. Today lodged a complaint with RBI, Banking Ombudsman i a hope that they will instruct the Mobikwik to act positively and resolve my issue.

Sir, i have try to contact last 7 month not solve my issue yet.
I have invest mobikwik xtra and xtra has disabled my account and no success my withdrawal.

Sir actually I paid ₹2407 money to mynthra through the mobikwik actually I cancelled my order,but my money is not deposited to my mobikwik wallet,but in my mynthra account they shown the money is refunded into your wallet..can u please once check and sort out my problem .

On Dated-04/08/2022 wallet transaction failed but money has been debited but error massage shows on my screen wait 48 hours refund your money but I am wait but amount not refund and than after I am complaint lodged on mobikwik help through mobikwik app but till date to not refund my money.

Money deducted from my account on 16 march 2022 after two days my money can’t be refunded tell me on which day my money gets back . Give me response as soon as possible . The amount deducted was 600 .

I was trying to add money (1000/1000) = 2000 in mobiKwik wallet it’s was not add. but money has been detected from my UPI bank account. and after deduction amount transection has been failed & also tried to call but didn't response till now so please confirm is there any particular mobile no or mail id so i can escalate.

NOTE- I want refund my amount ASAP.

On 26th January, 2021 had made a transaction via Happyeasygo app of Rs.6,308/- the transcation failed amount got debited a email arrived that it will take 5-7 days to get the credit back but its been three weeks still no sign of refund please have look into this matter

The mobikwik customer care centre phone numbers did not response. I tried to mobikwik wallet to bank account. But it is transfer from mobikwik center. This amount did not add to my mobikwik wallet. You are said to transfer mobikwik to bank account but it is not transfer to my account. But it is transfer from my account to mobikwik center. It is not transfer to my mobikwik wallet. Verying and transfer to my bank account or mobikwik wallet.

Yesterday i had done my vodafon postpaid number recharge....my money was deducted from my bank account but my transaction was not done....kindly check my transaction or please refund my money in my bank account

मेरे खाता से पेमैंट कट गया लेकिन मोबाइल रिचार्ज नही हुआ अब फोन कर रहे है तो फोन नही उठा रहा है नही मेरा पेमैंट रिटर्न कर रहा है चुटिया बनाने वाला कंपनी है। फ्लिपकार्ड ऐप से रिचार्ज कीजिए गा तो mobikwik से रिचार्ज करवाता है समस्या होने पर mobikwik से संपर्क करने के लिए कहता है और mobikwik संपर्क नही करता है इसी लिए ना mobikwik से करे ना flipkat से दोनो बेकुफ़ बनता है इसी लिए रिचार्ज ना करे दोनो मै से किसी से mobikwik flikart चुटिया बनता है।।जन हित में जारी।। filipkart से रिचार्ज कर के चुटिया ना बने। नही रिस्पॉस लेता है पीछे हट जाता है रिचार्ज फसने के बाद।हम filipkard से रिचार्ज किए हमरा पेमैंट कट गया रिचार्ज भी नहीं हुआ अब philipkard पीछे हट गया मेरा पेमैंट फस चुका है आप लोग नही फशे।

and the no is available that was always put you on hold for one hour.

I had ordered on zomato app on date -16/12/2019 payment from mowikik wallet to zomato. But order couldn't not be place and balance deducted in my wallet of rs.1572.3 paisa. Order id no.ZTD-19-BBE7A10F2372F. I had contact to zomato for refund money but he said to him that your ordered failure at the same time.

Please check and refund my balance
