You can register your complaint with Mobikwik Customer Support on the Help & Support portal
If you face any fraud or scam email at fraudalerts [at] mobikwik [dot] com, complaints related to ‘fraud and risk assessment’ take longer time to investigate.
They will response within 48 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 7 business days.
For refunds issues, it may take 3-10 days to reflect money into the account.

- They will response within 24 hours of receiving the complaint and try to resolve all your complaints/queries within 5 business days.

This is worst app I had ever used . wasted my several hours to contact customer care but the executives not picking calls of the customer . Many times registered query in help desk but still my cash back of 75rs.not processed.
Paytm and amazon are far better than this .at least they connect with us on the customer Care but mobiwik have poor customer Care services.
