Wrong item snd
Jabong company is scamed me 15900.
Jabong Team seem to be least bother about thier customers.
I placed a return request for a product on the same day of delivery. I received a mail about it that item would be pick up within few days. Its been 4 days. It seems they are delaying deliberately so that return period (15 days) expires.
Many times my returns were declined in this way.
Unlike other online shopping app Jabong does not have direct link to either talk or mail customer care.
I dont want my money to be stuck up. It is sad thing that I would get my own money only after 2-3 months post their formalities.
It is not smooth at all like myntra, flipkart or amazon.
Jabong customers, be aware of such issues.

I want to return shoe
I got my delivery at 31 but the app didn't updated status as delivered so I'm not getting the return (or) Exchange options and customer service also not providing status so please update my status thanking you.
Delivery of my order is delayed
I have placed my order on 26 August and delivery time was given as 1st September but still it is not yet shipped and Jabong is very poor in giving a reply to customers

They almost took 1 month to deliver my order. The product did not fit me. I placed the return request very same day. Now I am waiting it to be picked up for 4 days.
Actually, because of thier inability of customer handling they could not compete and jabong is sold to myntra.
