Services have detoriated tremendously

There is no way to connect with care, I had rdered for a tt bat and a grip. Now the bat got delivered but the grip was missing. However there is simply no way to connect with them. Similarly I ordered for some grocery for my mother who lives in Delhi. Now it shows order not accepted, now no one came for delivery so how could anyone refuse.
The issues are not huge, but what scares me is if I where to place a largish order and something went wrong how are we to connect.

I ordered for guitar

In the first attempt I couldn't pick the call and later when I called back I was informed that the order will be received at 5pm. I tried calling them till 9pm. He confirmed that I'll get the package soon which never happened. When I tracked the order, it said that the order is returning back n will be refunded.

Later I ordered another one. Today morning executive called, I picked the call n informed him that I'll come down to collect from him. By then he felt and spoke very harsh saying he will send another one to deliver. Also he mentions if you can call customer care and complain.

Very unhealthy behavior of the driver. I'm upset and unable to track when I'll receive my package.

I have Order the Ac in amazon on May 14th and they dispatched on 15Th May and they shipped in Gati courier .

Amazon is very careless shopping portal specially for refund process.....

हराम का माल खाने की लत लग गयी है जानवरो को एक दम गंदे लोग गन्दा पोर्टल इसकी तो जितनी भी बुराई करो वो भी कम है इनको तो पकड़ो और मारो जानवरो को जितना हो सके

ये लोगो को नेट बैंकिंग and caredit/Debit card से payment करने पर मजबूर करते है और कभी अगर ऑडर कैंसिल करना पड़ जाये तो ये उस कस्टमर का रिफंड आसानी से नहीं देते है उसको अपने नीचे दबा देते है ये मेरा 5 साल से तजुर्बा हो गया अब में कभी भी अमेज़न ना ही इस्तेमाल करूँगा और ना ही किसी को सलाह दूंगा

मैंने एक मशीन ली थी online payment कर दी Rs. 14999/- रूपये मे मैंने देखा की ऑडर गलत कंपनी का हो गया है meine वो तभी कैंसिल कर दिया सोचा दूसरी कंपनी की वापस सेलेक्ट करके बुक कर दूंगा पहली कमी सालो के पोर्टल मे की कोई ऑडर कैंसिल ना करके उसको किसी दूसरी कंपनी पर सेलेक्ट नहीं कर सकते पैसा किसी और सामान मे एडजस्ट नहीं कर सकते
अब मुझे मशीन लेनी ही थी जो सही वाली थी उसका भी amount Rs.14999/- ही था लेकिन आज 5 दिन हो गए है पैसा नहीं आया और आज मैंने देखा की उस मशीन का price Rs. 15999/- हो गया कियोकि वो चाइना का माल था और चाइना अभी क्लोज है
अब बताओ वो एक हजार रूपये का जो मुझ पर दंड हुआ उसको कौन देगा बैठे है हराम का माल लिए सूअर दूसरा मरता है तो मरता रहे
और अभी भी रिफंड की बात पता करी तो बताया की अभी 28 feb तक आएगा अगर 28 तक उस मशीन पर और पैसे बढ़ गए तो इसका कौन जिम्मेदार है
मुझे इसमें काम करने वाले और ये saler सब के सब बत्त्तमीज लगते है में अकेला नहीं और भी लोगो के साथ इनका यही रवैया है इनकी शिकायत हम कोर्ट मे करेंगे और इन पर केस भी करेंगे पैसे काटने की जितनी ये जल्दी करते है उतनी जल्दी वापस देने मे कियों नहीं करते
क्या वो पैसा इनके बाप है या हमारा चोरी का है साला सब सूअर बैठे है हराम का माल समंझ कर खाके बैठ जाते है जिसको परेशानी होती है होती रहे ये तो हराम का पचा कर बैठ गए sale
