Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Malek Zakir and my user name is malekzakir [at] rediffmail [dot] com. More than one year ago, I was asked to submit the IDs because my account was under the review. Thus, I submitted the my Driving ID which contain my name, photo, and birth date. However, I havent got any response from Facebook and whenever I try to login I always got same screen which contain "Reviewing Your Information May Take Longer Than Usual" error. Not any other option provided or got email that can elaborate the problem. It's been a year and I am not able to access the my account.
