I've been stucked in a serious trouble since last month. I changed my Instagram account password last time and last month i forgot my password. I tried to reset the password using Email and Phone, but i didn't recieved any password reset mail/message neither on email nor on phone. Now whenever i try to reset my password using phone, it says "We can't send a link to this number because of your security settings. Enter your username or email instead."

Please help me, this is my official business account and i have my friends and known one's connected on instagram. I can't connect to them again if i lose my account. I just want my account back. Thankyou ☹️
