Regarding irresponsible service
I got my boat earphones bassheads 225
On 05/06/2018.Exactly after one month right side speaker stopped working . I registered a complaint rrgarding this , later a mail came from boat office . On 07/07/2018 i handed over my earphone set to the concern courier office.Its been 5 days since i gave it and there is no response from boat thereafter.I tried calling customer care , its either busy or switched off.sorry to say this its so bad to see a reputed company doing this kind of service.
