Product is not being dispatched from last month

I bought Boat Rockerz 510 Molten orange (382468) headphones from Amazon on 4th May of 2019.After around two months it was having a problem that only one side was working the other side was not working and I contacted Boat Customer Care about the problem and the product was taken away on 22nd July, 2019 for replacement.It's my 34th day since my headphones are with Boat, they have received my headphones on 24th of July , and I have received a mail stating that we will revert you back in 4 days about the repair or replacement. Since then I haven't received a single mail from them . My Ticket Number is 382468 , I have tried a lot times nd contacted their customer care , they told me we would dispatch the product by August first week , and on 6th of August replacement was issued to me , then they told me its raining in mumbai so delivery would be delayed we would dispatch it by next week , and this thing continues , I used to call almost each nd everyday nd they won't pick up the call after about 5 tries of waiting they use to pick up the call , and again the same story the product is out of stock we would deliver it my next week , and again Saturday Sunday comes , on Saturday they say " Tomorrow is Sunday, sir please call us on Monday we would dispatch your product" .Now on 16th of August, 2019 again they changed the status of my product and issued replacement again on 16th and erased the past record , and change all the dates now its showing they have recieved the product means the service center on 6th of august and replacement was issued to me on 16th august , I have contacted them about this , there is no response from them about all this.Meanwile, I was tracking it's status by the tracking AWB . Now on 22nd August, 2019 i have talked to them they promised me that they would dispatch my product by 4:30 pm by today itself , then I asked them about my waybill number so that I could track my product , and they provided me with a tracking id saying that you would receive the same tracking id by email by today itself when your product would be dispatched , I have called them again at 5:45 and tried calling them again and again at the end around 5:58 they picked up the phone and I told the whole story again and asked them to tell me when is my product going to dispatch , she said provide me your waybill id that was given by our executive because there is some server issue , I have provided that , then she said your product would dispatch by 7pm by today itself I said thank you.Today that is 23rd August,2019 they committed that at 5:00 PM it will get dispatched at any cost but in the end they did one more false commitment and the result is still not very positive.
That's the whole thing that is going around.
Now I request you to take some action against them because they are misleading their customers and doing wrong commitments to them.

I send my boat bassheads 255 earphone for replacement on 3 Aug !My ticket number '409463' , On 3th of Auh they picked up my earphone via bluedart! On 8th of Aug they received my earphone at their service centre, I received a message that they will revert back to me within 4 days and now it's been more than 6days I have received no response from them! What a fake promise they made! I mean how can such a big earphone manufacturers do this to their consumers!? I see there earphone every where, I mean so many people have purchased their earphone and trusted them but when it comes to after sale service they are so poor! I mean how can someone take this many days just to replace a god damn earphone!??and when I try calling them it always says 'number is busy' it's like they have put the phone on busy mode also when i call the official boat service care number it says that the 'number is invalid' what the f? Are you guys trying to fool us????

I bought a boat micro usb 500 rugged cable. It started to wear out after normal use in about a month and the next month it stopped charging.
