Signal problem

Hi Sir am harikrishna . From sangareddy dist. Telangana state. Am facing problem with signal as it is showing no signal. Even i have recharge 199 plan. Before this it was disconnected. Even am recharge with unlimited plan. Connection is not established. Customer care also not giving response. Please solve the problem. Other wise i will shift to other mobile operator.

There was an network problem in Airtel service. From past 1 week there was some issues im facing. Facing a bad network problem. Its too slow. I cant able to do my work. It is taking more time to generate. But i had a good experience with Airtel network. But as of now its not proper.. Call were disconnected while speaking and then. It is too slow. Right now it was not an fastest network it was slowest network. I thought it will sort out within 2 days. But im facing this issue from past 1 week. Kindly do the needfull.

The staff at Airtel customer care office at Kaliyamman Koil Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai 92 are very indifferent. They are fond of returning the customers with reasons that broad band is not working
Or some reason they attribute for not doing their duty.
I find very difficult to pay my Airtel bills because of this.

When the telecom industry is struggling for profitability, what is the use in maintaining such centre’s. The staffs are their only to tell that pay online. Even the automatic kiosk is not working for more than 6 months.

This is the state of affair. Why there is no supervision from the higher ups.

Please activate the higher Ups to rejuvenate this center or close down for better profitability.

Pathetic Service

My Airtel Prepaid Sim suddenly got deactivated 2 weeks back. I visited Airtel office in Chennai and they gave me a replacement Sim at a cost of Rs 25. I went through finger print scanning etc. and was promised that it will be active the next day. Unfortunately the sim did not become active in 24 hours. I revisited the Airtel office after a week (since I was busy with work) and have redone the registration process again on 8th September 2018. Even after 24 hours the sim is still not active. I have a 90 days unlimited package on this mobile and it is getting wasted.

Airtel should spend less on Adds and start providing better service. Who cares if it is the fastest service if the Sim doesn't work.

I recharged my phone in the morning with 399 pack, which gives me 1.4gb data pack per day. I started the net around 5 pm and whole of it exhausted by 5.15 pm.

On enquiring customer care at around 5.50 pm about my data usage. The representative was very rude. Not able to understand the problem nor willing to lodge any complaint. Not even able to guide me to what to do.
Hope for a better response.

Regarding the registration of what's app number

WTF is this ? You are now the owner of Uninor also it's showing airtel instead of Uninor or telenor while calling. My problem is I have installed a what's app and I used my Uninor number for registration then it supposed to had to send a code for starting what's app within nearby 1 minute but no it's not have send me any code. While it's saying resend 14 hours. And that resend msg option is not even responding. Why it's happening fucking airtel. You Bustard companies only saw your business not our problem for which you also get paid from us. Customer call service is the worst system when that program machine gives us response not a human actually. I want my what's app start on my Uninor number anyhow.

Weak voice call quality

My office is in Trinagar, and there was no problem in voice call quality. But since the last 10 days I am unable to talk while sitting inside my office.
The same problem is being felt by my colleagues in my market.
Although the data connection is working normally.

I recharged with free calling and 2GB internet per day for 82 days but pack is finished within 60 days. There is no one to care or bother about it since you only provide automated machine services.

I had lost my mobile with 2 Sims - Airtel & Jio on Saturday 26th May 2018.Airtel connection was a corporate connection registered in the name of Dena Bank, Mumbai. I had blocked both the sims and later put in a request to issue duplicate sim card. The service of Jio was so good that the gave a duplicate sim with an hour and my connection was restored. But the service of Airtel is so pathetic that I have been made to run from one gallery to another for the last two days. Even after providing a letter from my corporate office, I am yet to receive a duplicate sim. Why is the service of Airtel so poor? No wonder you are languishing at the bottom. Stop advertising with some pretty female saying you provide one of the best network in the country. You are the worst.
