Amount debited twice but not get recharged to number

Weak voice call quality

My airtel number: 98xxxx0045.
My office is in Trinagar, and there was no problem in voice call quality. But since the last 10 days I am unable to talk while sitting inside my office.
The same problem is being felt by my colleagues in my market.
Although the data connection is working normally.
You are kindly requested to resolve this problem at the earliest.

Prepaid balance deducted with out any reason

I have prepaid no - ************I did not make any calls and my balance got deducted .This is happening very regularly .
29th June 2018 . My account balance was approx Rs80 and I received a call from spam Indian mobile no

My balance was reduced to ₹77.17

How is it possible ?

I tried to complaint through 198 and 121 . I was not able to reach Customer Care ?executive .

Menu option provide contact customer care ? Executive and I pressed 9 - it is not accepting .

Very poor service . I have Airtel app - there I was not able to register complaint . Very poor app ?

It clearly shows Airtel not ready to listen to customer .

Pathetic Customer Care Services

I recharged with free calling and 2GB internet per day for 82 days but pack is finished within 60 days. There is no one to care or bother about it since you only provide automated machine services.

I have ported my no from idea to airtel where its used in 3g phone after changing it to airtel last week ,it outgoing calls not working in 3g phone . i visited to outlets were they not have an idea of the situation to solve they simple says that phone had a problem, but i checked with other sim and last sim (idea 4g) used same sim. can u give the details for my sim replace.

airtel has got most disgusting customer care service , there is no direct call to cust care , actually no call to cust care only , only automated machines, never seen this kind of shittest service, m not just goin to port my nmbr to another network but also publicise on social media about it.

reason : my balance kept goin to zero after recharge n m trying to find out how shud i stop it but no helpline number , it seems no one even bother.....nyways i will try my best to post it on every possible social network i can connect to

Pathetic Service from Bharati Airtel

I had lost my mobile with 2 Sims - Airtel & Jio on Saturday 26th May 2018.Airtel connection was a corporate connection registered in the name of Dena Bank, Mumbai. I had blocked both the sims and later put in a request to issue duplicate sim card. The service of Jio was so good that the gave a duplicate sim with an hour and my connection was restored. But the service of Airtel is so pathetic that I have been made to run from one gallery to another for the last two days. Even after providing a letter from my corporate office, I am yet to receive a duplicate sim. Why is the service of Airtel so poor? No wonder you are languishing at the bottom. Stop advertising with some pretty female saying you provide one of the best network in the country. You are the worst.

Dear Sir,

My name is Md. Jawed Akhtar from Asansol, West Bengal, India. I am a user of Prepaid Mobile. Currently I am in Saudi Arabia and this number with me since I left India on 17th April 2018 till now. This number was have Rs. 512 when I left for Saudi Arabia till 2 days back it was showing the same amount, but all of sudden the amount automatically deducted and now my number is not working at all. My number was continuously working till 2 days back.

Since this is my family number and this number has been distributed to all of my family members, I would request you to please look into and do the needful as I need immediately this number to be activated.
