Dear Sir,
we are facing problems in SIM update 3G to 4G , I am personally visit your various Airtel Store –1- Bhrat Pur Gate Mathura, 2-DD Plaza Mathura, 3- Krishan Pelaza Kisha Nagar Mathura, 4- Tera Tower Bhuteshur Road -Mathura , and purchase the New 4G SIM and send various message to customer care and received the verification call , but till now same condition.

After Recharge still unable to make calls.

I have recharged my mother’s prepaid mobile sim on 15th Nov with 169 /- rupees but it never has worked .

I tried reaching you guys via multiple numbers but no joy .

Please find the details of transaction below .

Please check it at your end . This recharge was for unlimited talk time for local and STD calls for 28 days .

From last 20 days I am trying but no one is looking into it .

Make sure you check and activate this facility on my mother’s number as this was never done since I did the recharge.

Worst After sales Services

I purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot from Airtel Gallery (Aundh, Pune) on Thursday-15-Nov'2018.
The sales person committed that someone will come to my house for address verification on Friday-16-Nov-2018 and then I can open the pack of Airtel 4G Hotspot. He informed me at the time of purchase that I should not open the packet, till this address verification process gets completed.
But no one turned-up for address verification today. So I called (in the evening today) at the Airtel (Aundh) Gallery. When I called at this number, the sales person said that he will check and call me back in 5 minutes. But he didn't called back.
Also, I he informed me that only Post-paid services are available in 4G Hotspot and Airtel does not have Pre-paid services in 4G Hotspot. I believe, this is also a complete lie from your sales person.

This is the classic example for commitment failure (twice) and pathetic after sales service.
I would not like to open the packet now and would never ever use any Airtel services.
Please let me know the closure process, I am fine, even if you don't refund my money, instead, you can use it as donation from me, to train your sales people on "what to commit and don't give any false commitment", to any of your customers. I don't have time to return the packet and the sim card also, I may throw it in river on the way.
As I have not opened the device packet and not inserted the Sim Card in any of the devices, i hope you will never charge any bill to me.

BIG COMPLAINTS...

I agree with this gentleman.
I have been charged extortionate amount more than double on my postpaid plan which is rs 399
I'm out of this country for 6 months...my bill is paid on time by a friend...& they WILL NOT CANCEL THIS PLAN AS I HAVE ASKED FOR IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY OF AIRTEL COMMUNICATION.
EVEN IN THE OFFICE IN Mapuca
There is No Customer care
They do not listen & drop their eyes & look into space then tell you...your not listening come back next week. It is like going into a mafia club...they bully & ignore customers...
It's a joke isn't it!!!
I will have to take further steps to get released from this postpaid scam of NOT RELEASING CUSTOMERS...
THEY ASKED ME ON THE PHONE MY REASON FOR WANTING TO COME OFF POSTPAID...
"I SAID ITS TOO EXPENSIVE AS MY BILLS ARE NOT A REGULAR AMOUNT".
I'M SUSPICIOUS even WHEN I'm out of the country my Bill's are Rs 800+...I use WhatsApp so free calls anyway...
I would like some one in Authority to please help me change to Prepaid & CANCEL Postpaid for my number...

I completely disagree with your baseless statements. I feel this as the worst network after using for more than a decade.
I'm facing the network issues wherever I go in AP and Telangana. Earlier I feel grateful and very proud to be in this network,but not now. There are 2 Airtel numbers which we are using in your home and none of them works. I even use Airtel postpaid IT work where it shows me the meaning of hell. I logged many complaints against all the numbers which we are using and none of them were actioned.
I hope you will look into the issue and gain the confidence back from the users.

Caller tune

First and foremost it’s strange how Airtel makes it extremely difficult for customers to talk directly to the an executive.. All I hear is a computerised voice that doesn’t cater to my needs at all.
Please be approachable a little more sensitive towards your customers Airtel .
I’m trying to activate a caller tune on my number since yesterday but all efforts are futile as there’s no assistance from your side. Check out my messages and see if you can help.

Payment received but not credited in my account

I paid Rs 1977 through my Debit card at the Airtel portal on 15th May,2018 but it did not get credited to my Airtel account. Several visits to the Airtel showroom has not yielded any result and I am asked to wait for 4/5 days to get my money back.

This is unfair trade practice.
