I request WazirX to open my account immediately because I am unable to run my account and trading , please open my account.

I have made a payment on 09/03/2024 by instant deposit and amount deducted from my account but not credited to wazirx wallet.

Due to closure of UPI Money transfer to wallet we are unable to deposit money through upi payment and for net banking transfer our bank is not in your list so request you add for net banking of sbi/hdfc bank/axis bank so that we can easily transferred fund to wallet and start trading asap . Hope that you will do the needful asap.

The transaction was through UPI Airpay mode.

Amount is deducted from my bank account but still not credited to my wallet neither reverted back to my savings account till now.

I recently created an account on Wazirx app, did my KYC and also linked my UPI address to your app. Now the UPI is verified but no option for money deposition is showing up. Bank transaction are always in pending. Even your support mail replies are dodging the main points of the complain.
