I got logged out of my Wazirx account on 4th May after a exchange mess up in the evening. I requested to reset my 2fa password on 6th May and got a reply from Wazirx to send a vedio and photo on 11th May evening 9pm. I sent reply to them attaching all necessary documents on 12 May. After which I did not receive any reply from them. In their email it stated that they would process after 5-7 days. Today is the 10th day. Will some one please help from wazirx to login to my account. I had enough of just waiting and seeing my money drain.

Hi same issue as everyone, amount neither credited nor debited, too many customers facing the same issue. This doesn't auger well to the platform and might have to soon shift to other platforms

I have opened new account and KYC done and account verified. When I am trying to deposit amount from my bank to Wazirx account, it always show error "Try Again". This is happening since 4 day.
As usual email response is automated and useless. If they are working on digital currency. Their platform should be robust to handle any financial transaction. Similarly, there should be phone support like other companies.
I feel sometime doubt that that looks to be fraud. As small problem of fund transfer is not resolved since 4 days.

Looking at various comments, it looks to be risky to transact with this site.

I had transaction through IMPS mode my registered and verified amount is debited but still not credited to my wazirx account. I had already 5-6tickets tickets no.718286 created but still not resolve my issues.
From my Bank i had also inquired about my transaction they told me Transaction is successfully credited to benificiary.

I have lost my 2F authentication recovery code on 6th April and I have raised a request on that day itself , then I got the reply mail asking to send related proof and I have sent the related proof.
Then I got the second reply as to send once again the related proof since the proof which I have sent is blurred then I have sent the related proof which they asked me to send again with the right hand visible in the photo on 6th it self.
I have not got reply mail to enable my 2F authentication till now(14th).
I have raised the request twice with the related proofs (3 photos which are not blurred).Eventhough I have not got reply mail to enable my 2F authentication till now(14th).
I want to sell few stocks which are very important but due to this issue I am not able to login into my app.
