I ordered Realme U1 Transparent Silicone Mobile back cover from your BDS Shop on 10th November and made the online prepaid payment.. Out for delivery date was 15th November The parcel arrives empty at my delivery address So the courier partner takes it back and says that he will refund the payment to the bank account.

And Delivery Last date Today is 18th November Still no parcel or my prepaid payment has been refunded So I have a request that my order has not reached me so please refund my prepaid payment to my bank account.

He extremely extremely rude from the start, telling us sit like this or not to sit like that. We were not even sitting in an uncomfortable way. Actually rude is a very small word for such worst person.
It was only me, a female passenger at the end to leave. And He passed a comment "Harkate to dekho apni" like what the f#ck was that. Does this person know me personally to pass such comments. I was so much polite to him at first.
Not just this he was rude with many things also.
I literally wanted to fight back but was alone and I was concerned about my safety who knows what could this person do.
This person was young but his mind was extremely extremely narrow. His way of talking extremely rude.
I want him to be banned by every cab company. I request rapido to ban him so that he cannot harras anyone anymore. Why keep such person associated with the company which can damage the company's reputation.

It's almost been 5 days the product in in raipur and not delivered to my home. It's really ridiculous behaviour. Please send it by today. Its urgent.

This time I faced much issue and these stupid delivery company the parcel is stuck somewhere@ kgs1 non identifiable location plus no updates I faced guilt as I wanted to give it my workplace and lots of hope were there truly very bad service 0 ratings

This valmo no which is also on Justdial because they canceled all my 6 parcels due to failed delivery. They called me on watsapp & asked me to get this APP HELPDESK HOST from playstore which they said is meesho app to change meesho courier partner. But app asked to full controll of my device , then he asked me to log in bank for UTR no,so I refused. So they told me to come on watsapp & share device screen.then again asked me to login Paytm for utr no & told him I can get him utr via sms records but he insisted on login in aggressively. He was recording my screen activities so I disconnected. He was on videocall for 3 hours. Last month also same number person asked bank details but HE ACTUALLY DELIVERED MY 4 CANCELLED ORDERS FROM MEESHO BY 11PM SAME DAY WITH NEW OTP. This was to gain TRUST I guess. Even valmo delivery boys are all in same nexus following their agenda,beware.

One order from meeshoo should deliver on 2nd oct and the parcel reached to bangalore on 30th sep. VL0082290276542. Since then no moment no update. When call to Meesho for cancelation they say you will get the product and keep on postponing the delivery date. And not able to cancel and they saying when parcel come for delivery you can refuse it and then they will initiate refund. How many days to wait to refuse. These stupids wont update status and those stupids wont refund. Both are cheaters.

Worst delivery service, return the product to the seller without contacting me.
Firstly order was reached Mohali hub on 23 sep and didn't out for delivery. When it shows out for delivery after few hours it shows product return to the seller.

Valmo is turning out to be a nightmare as my three consignments (through Meesho) were undelivered despite , they were shipped timely, but i dont what kind system they have even after reaching to destination , it was again forwarded to point of origin... really horrible service

They didn't even attempt the delivery and sends back the courier to sender mentioning they have attempted or wrong pincode. Very bad courier partner chosen by Meesho. Meesho will lose their customers cause of these kind of delivering partner

The delivery boy is extremely rude and is not ready to deliver products at my door step.i placed a return request for an order the delivery boy came and picked up the product without asking any otp when I asked him why didn't he ask any otp he didn't answered any thing and said ho jayega aise bhi still after 3-4 hrs my pickup was not updated i called him multiple time to update my pickup done he was rejecting my call after some time he picked up the call and said pagal h kya re tum nhi karenge update I was shocked to listen such things after complaining several time to his seniory return got updated for one item then I called him to do the same for the second item he yelled at me and said mera man karega to karenge nhi to kya kr logi this type of behaviour is atrocious meesho should work on it

First of all they don't have any contact information. There is only email address which they hardly respond to. Secondly they are very slow, they keep your package at the same hub for days you will get frustrated why it's not moving from there . Extremely disappointed by the VALMO service.

What services are providing in tumkur the worst experience with yours. Delivery agent cancelled the order without calling us. We are waiting for the order for 10 days but on the delivery date they just cancelled the order. what is this rediculous. I ordered same product 3 times but that 3 time they cancelled.

My items had reached Mumbai on the 30th August again returned to Agar Malwa Hub in Madhya Pradesh and again returned to Mumbai. They have not updated this on the Meesho site but their courier site. When I call their number they disconnect the call.

My order is not yet received but thankfully I have not done COD.

These jokers had called me asking for online payment to make the delivery although the Meesho team confirmed that payment should be made only after delivery.

These people are fraud. They will take the payment and not deliver.

I'm from hoshiarpur. Pehle bhi 2-3 baar valmo courier ne mere parcel apni marzi se delay krk kr ke deliver kiye. Maine special request kro thhi ki mere next parcel important hai please on time deliver kr dena but what they did is without any consent no call no message they returned my parcel to the supplier. I was waiting for 14 days which is already too late and even after these much days they returned my parcels. I'm too disappointed. Now the delivery guy is declining my calls .
