I am raising a complaint regarding repeated delivery failure for my order VL0084137117694. The same delivery agent has been assigned multiple times and has refused to deliver to my address.
My address is on the 5th floor without lift. I clearly offered to collect the parcel from the 2nd floor or even ground floor, but the agent still refused to complete delivery.
Additionally, the agent behaved very rudely and said “mai nahi aa raha” even when I spoke politely and tried to cooperate. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Despite multiple complaints and rescheduling, the same agent is being assigned again, causing repeated failed attempts.
I request you to:
1-Assign a different delivery agent immediately OR
2-Take strict action against the agent for refusal and rude behavior
If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate this through consumer grievance channels.

This is a serious complaint against your delivery agent Ashish who delivered in Dharam Colony, Palam Vihar Extension 1.

His behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He repeatedly harassed and misbehaved with my wife, spoke in a rude and threatening tone, and tried to forcefully hand over the package. He showed clear attitude and arrogance, and even said things like “aapki ID band karwa dunga” and “aapka order kabhi deliver nahi hone dunga.”

This kind of gunda-type behavior is not tolerable. It felt like he was acting as if the company belongs to him. Such threats and misconduct create a very unsafe and stressful situation, especially for women at home.

I demand:

Immediate strict action against this delivery agent
Proper investigation of this incident
Assurance that such behavior will never be repeated
Confirmation that my account/order services will not be affected

If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

Take this complaint seriously and resolve it at the earliest.

Delivery guy is so rude. He called me nd said come to 2km away from my home address nd I told him no u have to come here he started to talk bullsh*t and said just cancel it I'm not coming to ur address. And in last I had to cancel my order. He did this before, this +918252**1627 is his number. I sincerely say that remove these types of guy's from the work if they don't wanna do job. I had interacted with delivery guy's before nd they were so nice but this one is such a loser.

I am writing this to you due to extreme inconvenience caused to me by your delivery service. I did not my received my order yet which was supposed to be received on April 6th. Also yesterday when I got the confirmation that it would be received. I called the delivery agent to confirm wherein he stated that it would be done today and now when I am trying to call him, he is not answering the call, rather he has blocked me..This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I am still waiting for my order since last 12-13 days. This is the first time I am experiencing this issue with any of the online shopping platforms. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and take action against the delivery agent to get this resolved. I hope you would do the needful.

Received random order on our name from meesho. Seems to be some big time fraud happening with meesho and valmo.

I am writing to seek assistance with two products I ordered from Meesho, which are being couriered via Valmo.

I was able to track these items until they arrived in my city; however, the tracking status now indicates that these are invalid tracking IDs. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update on the status of my delivery?

I ordered a product from meesho dated 10.02.2026. Tracking number is VL0083758593804. This order from last 20 hrs. still in New Delhi West. Why they don't forward this. I need this urgent basis. solve my complaint immediately. Worst courier services ever. Some months before it was happened. After 20 to 25 days product cancelled automatically. From last two days messages are sent to me daily with OTP that two parcels are 'out for delivery ' but in the every evening it is strange to read the messages that delivery failed while I remained daily at home i.e. delivery station to receive the parcels and didn't go anywhere even after some urgent personal visits. If the delivery is not to be done then 'out for delivery' messages not to be sent to customers daily to harrash them.
Please look after the above matter.

I ordered Realme U1 Transparent Silicone Mobile back cover from your BDS Shop on 10th November and made the online prepaid payment.. Out for delivery date was 15th November The parcel arrives empty at my delivery address So the courier partner takes it back and says that he will refund the payment to the bank account.

He extremely extremely rude from the start, telling us sit like this or not to sit like that. We were not even sitting in an uncomfortable way. Actually rude is a very small word for such worst person.
It was only me, a female passenger at the end to leave. And He passed a comment "Harkate to dekho apni" like what the f#ck was that. Does this person know me personally to pass such comments. I was so much polite to him at first.
Not just this he was rude with many things also.
I literally wanted to fight back but was alone and I was concerned about my safety who knows what could this person do.
This person was young but his mind was extremely extremely narrow. His way of talking extremely rude.
I want him to be banned by every cab company. I request rapido to ban him so that he cannot harras anyone anymore. Why keep such person associated with the company which can damage the company's reputation.

This valmo no which is also on Justdial because they canceled all my 6 parcels due to failed delivery. They called me on watsapp & asked me to get this APP HELPDESK HOST from playstore which they said is meesho app to change meesho courier partner. But app asked to full controll of my device , then he asked me to log in bank for UTR no,so I refused. So they told me to come on watsapp & share device screen.then again asked me to login Paytm for utr no & told him I can get him utr via sms records but he insisted on login in aggressively. He was recording my screen activities so I disconnected. He was on videocall for 3 hours. Last month also same number person asked bank details but HE ACTUALLY DELIVERED MY 4 CANCELLED ORDERS FROM MEESHO BY 11PM SAME DAY WITH NEW OTP. This was to gain TRUST I guess. Even valmo delivery boys are all in same nexus following their agenda,beware.
