The assigned delivery personnel refused to deliver the item to my doorstep and instead insisted that I personally come down to collect it. At the time, I was at my workplace and communicated with him in a calm and respectful manner.

Additionally, my flat owner was present and available to receive the order on my behalf, yet the delivery person failed to acknowledge or notice this. Such behavior is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on the service standards expected from your organization.

I kindly request that future deliveries be handled by personnel who demonstrate professionalism and courtesy. Prompt doorstep delivery is a basic expectation, and I trust you will take appropriate steps to ensure this is upheld.

The delivery boy is extremely rude and is not ready to deliver products at my door step.i placed a return request for an order the delivery boy came and picked up the product without asking any otp when I asked him why didn't he ask any otp he didn't answered any thing and said ho jayega aise bhi still after 3-4 hrs my pickup was not updated i called him multiple time to update my pickup done he was rejecting my call after some time he picked up the call and said pagal h kya re tum nhi karenge update I was shocked to listen such things after complaining several time to his seniory return got updated for one item then I called him to do the same for the second item he yelled at me and said mera man karega to karenge nhi to kya kr logi this type of behaviour is atrocious meesho should work on it

Delivery boy rude tha or khud hi cancel kr diya order even when I made a call... Meesho had a good delevery agent earlier

First of all they don't have any contact information. There is only email address which they hardly respond to. Secondly they are very slow, they keep your package at the same hub for days you will get frustrated why it's not moving from there . Extremely disappointed by the VALMO service.
Please do better.

From meesho it was supposed to be delivered on 7 then 10,13 sept i have filled complaint against u guys now in consumer court now u face the consequences

What services are providing in tumkur the worst experience with yours. Delivery agent cancelled the order without calling us. We are waiting for the order for 10 days but on the delivery date they just cancelled the order. what is this rediculous. I ordered same product 3 times but that 3 time they cancelled.

My items had reached Mumbai on the 30th August again returned to Agar Malwa Hub in Madhya Pradesh and again returned to Mumbai. They have not updated this on the Meesho site but their courier site. When I call their number they disconnect the call.

My order is not yet received but thankfully I have not done COD.

These jokers had called me asking for online payment to make the delivery although the Meesho team confirmed that payment should be made only after delivery.

These people are fraud. They will take the payment and not deliver.

I'm from hoshiarpur. Pehle bhi 2-3 baar valmo courier ne mere parcel apni marzi se delay krk kr ke deliver kiye. Maine special request kro thhi ki mere next parcel important hai please on time deliver kr dena but what they did is without any consent no call no message they returned my parcel to the supplier. I was waiting for 14 days which is already too late and even after these much days they returned my parcels. I'm too disappointed. Now the delivery guy is declining my calls .

I've ordered a black floral print suit.
But I have not received the same suit and maybe someone have wore it before. I want my money back or exchange of suit.

Never ordering again. The item I ordered from meesho has reached near me from almost a week but haven't been delivering the order and then they delay the delivery date. Today they send message out for delivery and in just 2mins, they send an update unable to deliver the order even though no delivery agent came. Pathetic service

I ordered a product from Meesho on 23rd July, the product was delivered on 10th August.which should be delivered on time at 2 August.
If you don't know how to work on time then the company should be stop. You don't deserve a good delivery partner.
The customer will not care whether Volmo is there or not. There are many options available in the market

The delivery person said, He cannot come to pickup the return and canncelled it immediately without even my permission. said that the cancellation code is not required. I wont even ask your for it. When I said I am busy I cannot come down to pickup hung up and said maat ayoo kya kaarna h ..

I’m extremely disappointed with the repeated delivery issues involving your courier partner, Valmo. I’ve ordered products recently, and not has been delivered. I haven’t received any call or message from the delivery team, yet my order were auto-cancelled and delayed with the reason "unable to deliver your product as the customer was unreachable. Next delivery attempt will be made within next 24-48 hours". This is happening with me from last 2 days and I am getting the delivery OTP but not my product.

This is unacceptable. I urge Meesho to seriously review its partnership with Valmo Courier to avoid further loss of customer trust.

I ordered from meesho on 19th July. Today's 3 aug still my parcel not delivered. App is showing on 27 July my parcel delivered to nagpur hub. But still not received. Please investigate as soon as possible & reply me when it will be delivered.

I had ordered some products from meesho on June last which are all supposed to be delivered by the valmo courier service and today it's july 19th and still it's not delivered. I haven't seen such an irresponsible behaviour from a courier service. If you Guys are not capable to do so then shut the courier service down . Orders are made due to urgency and it's already paid . If you guys can't do it then please don't waste our time and money . If you have any manners then do take action on behalf of this.

Delivery long delay

I ordered aproduct on june 30 and the delivery date scheduled as july 8 now it os july 13 the are saying that thery are responsible for this delay but still now there no response from there side if it makes too muvh delay i will go through further compalins

i have not received my parcel from meesho booked via valmo. but while track the order it shows delivered. without delivering my parcel they given report as delivered. it is total fraud. dont trua rhis valmo
