Delivery date was 7 and today is 15th no update.

Valmo courier Lucknow has started fraud again, please pay attention to this . My Tracking ID- VL0081858945356 the order is at the Lucknow place since 10th August .

I placed a order on meesho several days ago which arrived at my hometown location on 8th of August but still today on the date of 13th of August it has not been delivered yet. Whenever we check status on meesho it shows package is out for delivery since 11th of August. Very poor management system of this courier agency.

Your delivery agent doesn't call and then just return the shipment without any prior information....I am facing a lot of issues with this as well as by meesho if am ordering smthing I didn't receive anything.. please take some concerning steps to resolve these issues.

Pls valmo services help me with issue pls is delivery partner ko dubara mera parcel mat bhejna na is dena pls koi or bhej doo yeh humesha zyada paise mangta hai or na do toh behas karne lagega ki dur se aata hoon dedo yeh woh but i think so yeh uska kaam ho jo ki isko uski allowance and pay milta hai but he always demand and argue so pls mat bhejo and he was saying that yeh uska kaam hai means valmo courier nhi valmo courier hi uska hai aisa usne mujhe bola but pls don't send him again or either I will complain or file a case against him pls don't send him again mein pareshan hogyi mein kyun dooon extra paise usse sabh mehnat ki Kamayi ka khata hai and yeh usse profit bana raha i am pretty sure yeh dusro se bhi aise hi paise mangta hoga but this is unfair so pls help me.and mat bhejo bhaiii isko mere passs koi or delivery partner ko bhej doo isne mere parcels 15 din tak rakhen hain or deliver nhi karen so pls help with this issue .

I ordered some product through meesho. Most of the product are taken by valmo.the product was not reached to my address. The products are returning to seller without my concern. They didn't trying to reach the address or trying tobcontact. Other courier services are delivering the product currectly to same address. So valmo providing worst services

The delivery boy picked up the return parcel but did not send it to the original source
I did not recieve any confirmation message of the pick up. I did not even get the refund of it, as the seller did not recieve the product back.

I place a order through meesho on july 18 which is prepade and my parcel not deliver yet very bad service by meesho...

I placed an order on 21st July. It’s been out for delivery since 26th July, but still not delivered.

The delivery agent was rude, said he had no idea where my order is, and no actual delivery attempt was made—despite your message saying otherwise.

This is completely unacceptable. I demand immediate resolution or I’ll be forced to take this public through consumer forums and legal routes.

I had wrost experience of Valmo delivery boy he is very rude and unprofessional.he didn't delivered my parcel I called him so many times but he didn't receive my call and blocked me.and told me that I won't deliver your product get it from office. First off all he picked up my return parcel and then told me that he lost my parcel and then called me after some time he got my parcel then I told him mark my parcel to return he didn't do that so I called him and told him to give it my parcel back but he also didn't do that.he is psycho.

I have placed order on mesho and order is showing in ahemdabad from 25 July and till date no update is there deliver it soon as possible

I was ordered multiple orders but your delivery boy was not delivered yet my home.

I tried to call him multiple times but he not picking up the call and not responding.

After 15 days i tracked him on gate and he argues with me because of sometime back was returned one parcel.

Is this the company policy customer not return the any parcel of he not satisfied with this product??

I think next time onwards i will order the product on other sites Amazon, Flipkart etc.

My order arrived to my nearest station 3 days ago. Valmo didn't moved and tried to deliver my courier and after 3 days, the courier is going back. What a wastage of time. They should have cancelled it in the first instance itself instead of waiting for 3 days when they didn't wished to deliver my order

Why my 50 + parcels are not delivered

I ordered one sticker.
I got message from volmo courier partner regarding delivery but courier didn't contact me and on application it is showing delivered on application

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a recent delivery experience that was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

My parcel, which was scheduled for delivery on [Insert Date], was neither delivered nor was I contacted by the delivery executive. To my surprise, the status of the parcel was marked as "cancelled" or "undelivered" without any prior notice or communication. The delivery person did not make any attempt to call or reach out to me and acted irresponsibly by cancelling the order on their own.

Such behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism. I request you to take strict action against the delivery executive involved and ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future.

Please look into the matter urgently and assist me with either rescheduling the delivery or issuing a refund at the earliest.

Wihtout call the delivery boy canceled the parcel byt themseleves only. What kind of delivery service is this?
For one of my parcels, i asked the delivery boy to keeo the parcel with guard as i was busy in the hospital, he asked me for the otp but didnt keep the parcel

Parcel is not deleivered yet. It has to be delivered on 29 June 2025. But not tet received. The status of the order was out of delivery on 30 june 2025. I don't know why the delivery boy is delaying my order..
Worst service

This courier company delivery agent are not good,they dnt deliver the parcel n they are arrogant rude in behaviour. Delivery boy doesn't provide doorstep service. He doesn't know how to talk with women. My multiple parcel r with the same delivery boy but he has not delivered a single parcel..

On 16th june i have a parcel which I wanted to cancel so i said the Dilervery boy to cancel he said ok next day on 17 again the same parcel msg on wtsp came that you have this parcel it was an prepaid order soo at night around 10:20 messho notification came and said it has been Dilerverd but i have got an call or I have not given the otp to the Dilervery boy

Your delivery boy cancelled my orders 3 times without calling/reaching me. Worst service by Valmo. Only facing this issue on Meesho. Others brands provides delivery promptly on the same address.

Your delivery boys are very rude and irresponsible they are not delivering anything just calling and returning the products

it's a worst courier and what happened was delivery boy called me and enquired about address and after that he was vanished and marked that delivery attempt was failed mentioned as unable to contact customer what a pity it was I was trying to contact him but he is not responding at all

I won't suggest this courier to anyone and meesho should surely needs to change their courier partner for their own goodwil.

Your agents seldome respond to customer calls. Considering his delivery message, we set aside our programs & wait at home from morning to evening. Agent will not come..our day also wasted in waiting. Next day, we receive message: Sorry, delivery failed..we will deliver it in next 24-48 hrs. WHAT NONSENSE IS THIS? For one parcel, shall we have to cancel our programs and wait at home for days together, not knowing, when it will come?
Really pathetic & hopeless service. Today, @ 1.45 pm, I received a message that parcel will be delivered today. I waited upto 8.30 pm .. nothing happened. When I called him over hone, he is asking me for my address..HOW RIDICULOUS IT IS?? SORRY FOR YOUR WORST SERVICE AND CARELESS BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR AGENTS.
