Had received a product in damaged condition on 7th nov 2025 since then have spoken to innumerable agents for return it's 27th nov now but they keep cancelling it from their side and keep updating as " request cancelled"
Won't be ever using this app again . Who ever reading the comment plz use other apps they may charge bit high but the products are better quality wise and easy returns or exchange. Here it's suprise if u lucky u get right product of cheap quality or else you are. Stuck with damaged product and waste of money.

I am not getting any call and message from the delivery person and the package/product is going back. All my orders got cancelled.

I purchased a kurta from Meesho on 17th August. I paid for the kurta in cash. The delivery date of the kurta was stated as 21st August. But the kurta has not been delivered till now. And now it is showing out of stock. I had paid Rs. 195 online. I have a record of it. The company that gave me the kurta has not returned my money till now.

I have 4 items pending
Yet to be delivered.
It delayed by 14 days
When i try to reach out to the help center there is a prerecorded voice or chatbot talking they don't even come up with any solution even after raising a ticket.
It's been 4 days since I raised my tickets also.

i ordered 2 quantity piece for 300 but meesho send me only 1 quantity, after return they pick up agent not pick my package i call him 7 to 8 times he never respond third class service

I had ordered 4 pairs of coord set and out of 4 only one was delivered and on the app it was showing that all 4 items were delivered.On sharing the details of the iten delivered i had lodged a complaint on meesho and they denied and closed my complaint without providing a valid reason.

Return aur refund ke liye request send karne ke bavajud na wrong product return lete hain aur na hi refund dete hain

Baar baar request dalne par bhi issue solve nahi hua

Muze lagta hai ki Meesho ne Paisa kamane ke liye cheating aur fraud ka dhandha banaya hai

Sorry to say that your pick up service is very poor. The person is not calling me & directly gives a message on watsapp that pick up failure. It happens continuously for two days. Yesterday & today. Every time I need to reschedule the pick up. Is it not a mental harresment? So pl go through this & do the needful

Very Poor customer service. very very poor return option. very irresponsible service i ever experienced..

The worst service provider Meesho is never helpful to the customer as their delivery agent comes to pick up and says the product is too big i cannot take it with me as i am on bike and asks me to cancel the product. The customer service has only one answer on this 'please wait for few days will arrange the pickup for you' and the request expires. This circle goes on and on till ages

I ordered Cargo Pent in Meesho and I paid it online with google pay. My payment was deducted fashnear Technology Private Limited with Rupees of 239/- from my bank.
but cargo pent ordered history is not showing on my meesho ordered account. It's still in the cart. It's been a week. But till now neither I have received my order nor my payment has come in my bank. This is the first time this has happened to me. Felt very bad. Please help me with this.

I bought a saree of 590₹. I received a defective product. I requested for exchange but I wasn't available when the boy came to pickup the order. I received the call from him and told him to come and pick up the product next day. But he didn't come and when I requested for return again it was rejected because of delay .
Please do something.
