I had invested in Rajalekshmi unit scheme for my daughter K. Chithra Menon. Her Unit Certificate No.
of 500 units on 9th Oct.92. Iam aware that this scheme was cancelled, but, as not aware of later stage like to check the amount paid back to me /my daughter. Will appreciate your help on the subject by checking the payment details.

Help Needed with UTI Units

I have a few Unit Trust investments.

For your information I must mention that my earlier name was Savita Dhandh and currently have changed my name to Aditi Mitra all relevant documents effecting the change of name like, Divorce Papers & Marriage certificate, PAN Card, Adhaar Card etc. etc. are all with me.

Matured UTI bonds

Dear sir,

I am writing in regards to get some help for matured UTI bonds in the name of my older daughter Disha Rao. I am an NRI and settled in USA. during my recent visit my father in Law bought to my notice that there are some bonds which have matured in 2009 and need to be claimed. I am writing this email to get some help on how to claim the matured bonds. I have all the certificates.

Please guide me the due process on making the claim on the outstanding matured amount. The details of investor ID and bond details are as below:

1) Tax Free ARS Bonds ( investor id no) - Bond certificate no ( ) - Name ( Disha Rao) amount rupees.
2) TaxFree ARS Bonds ( Investor ID no ) - Bond Certificate () - Name ( Disha Rao) Amount 5300 rupees.
3) childrens Gift Growth Fund UTI ( certificate no ) date of maturity 17/01/2015
4) Rajalakshmi Unit Plan (II) (Certificate no ) Date of Maturity 17/08/2014).

Please guide me where to file the claim. your help is appreciated.
