I want to return this and replaced with my original order.

Missing Products – Order #13451

I received my order #13451 today, but I ordered multiple goggles and the parcel I received does not contain all the goggles I ordered.
Only 1 goggle has been received, while the other ordered goggles are missing.
Please check my order details and arrange delivery of all missing goggles as soon as possible. If the missing products cannot be delivered, please issue a refund for the missing products.
I am attaching photos of the parcel, invoice and the received goggle for verification.

Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Delivered – Order #12314

I am reporting an issue with an order placed through the Shopify store House of Icon ("house-of-icon-2.myshopify.com").

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from the store:

1. 4 in 1 Magnetic Polarized Sunglasses
2. RB #4 Metal Grey Blue Cut UV-400 Sunglasses

The order confirmation and invoice clearly show these products and a total amount of ₹749.

However, after paying ₹749 upon delivery, I opened the parcel and found Rin soap instead of the sunglasses ordered.

The parcel invoice itself states that the product inside should be sunglasses, while the actual contents were completely different. I have photographic evidence of the Shopify order confirmation, invoice, shipping label, parcel and the wrong product received.

I request Shopify to:

- Investigate this merchant/store.
- Review the evidence and order details.
- Take appropriate action against the merchant if a violation is confirmed.
- Assist me in obtaining a refund of the ₹749 paid for the incorrect product.

I am submitting photographs and order documentation as evidence.

I got fake order its scam

I recently got an parcel from ethnicsakti instagram account and got wrong item recieved. I mailed them about the issue no response the package amount was 999

In website it is told that there is refund policy and but there no option for return

What should i do to get my refund back?

I ordered 2 track pants with virtumart.in with an offer of Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Virtumart.in have sent only 2 track pants, that too of poor quality.
They are NOT responding to my emails.

I am going to file complaints against virtumart.in and shopify as a party with Bengalury Cybercrime Branch and the District COnsumer Court.

Please inform virtumart.in to get in touch with me and resolve the issues.

I ordered a shirt from Instagram on 1 sep 2024 and I got my order on 6 sep 2024 but I ordered a white colour shirt but I got red check shirt which even do not contain good fabric so I want to return it and I want my refund.

Seller in shopify are fake.I had buyed from seller named rukhasanafab and product selled by Maria fashion all are fake.Received a garbage material and I lost my money. When I tried to return through mail there is no reply and no number to contact the seller.I contacted Shopify through online and they also not taking any responsibility regarding these fake sellers.
