I order a luggage bag from a site which is shown on a Instagram that is exxonbag.myshopify.com and they not delivered a my order

They r cheating people...I pd 1000 rs and received the wrong product worth 100rs...no way of returning it!! No reply as well

they confirmed thru mail but the promise of delivering product within 4 days was fake. No tracking number shared nor the mobile number available on internet is reachable. Dont we have consumer protection bill in-force within India ? Do we need to rush to court for all petty issues?

I have order a chair in RS1999 from 5furniture, 14 days passed but still not received. Even I didn't get any update from company now. Internet page showing that store is not available. How it's possible. And one more thing that store is powered by Shopify.
