I am vijender Kumar 25 July 2021 I order the one smart watch from site bloomart.in and according to company policy the dispatch the order 4 to 8 working days. After that 1 August 2021.I try to check my order status but when I click Order link I received time of order bloomarts.in site not showing and showing me login in Shopify so I creat and login in Shopify account. But after login site show me new age and new web page and still. I don't receive my order and I'm not able to check my order status also. So please tell me what I do this is froud done with me.

wrong products received.

I ordered combo shirts from steadystop site powered by shopify on COD basis. I paid full amount on doorstep and received the products. But it was totally different from the real products that I ordered and totally different from real images. I wrote email several times but the email id given on their site is fake. I am not able to reach them. I want to return the items and want a refund or real products. But after reading all comments I am scared now. They are cheaters.

Received the wrong product

I had ordered a set of Bra’s. Shophia store sent me a saree/ dupatta instead. This is absolutely not done. I'm trying to reach them on mail since afternoon and there has been no response which is extremely unprofessional. I even tried to get in touch with them via Facebook, asked the delivery person if he has any contact number.

I need my refund of INR 989 immediately. I'm not trusting such fraud websites like Shophia store from now onwards.

If my money isn't returned within the next 48 hrs, I will take this on social media and put an end to it. So so disappointed with the service.
