Hi, I purchased one Pigeon Cruise 1800 Watt Induction Cooktop (12303) with touch button through Amazon on 3.10.2021 vide Invoice No.TG-HYD8-1004-2122. When I switched it on, it is not at all working. As directed i have given this to M/s.Prestige Service Centre, Velachery for repair/ replacement. 3 months lapsed. I am fully disappointed. The service people are not having spare parts to repair. They are telling that service parts are yet to be received from supplier. Even after longtime, I have not received my induction repaired. Kindly do the needful.

I must say one of the worst service experience one can have. I would suggest to not buy any products of this company. The product stopped working within one month of purchase. The service center people are so callous. This guy just checked and didn't even repair fully. I must have told same thing over and over again that either IC is defective or fan is not working. But the concerned service agent even refuses to pick the phone up. I am all set to file a consumer complaint against them.

had booked a induction stove on 28th aug 2020 and received it on 31st August 2029 since then have raised 2 complaints 1512053 and then on 2and September 1514198 and was assured of getting the services and the necessary support within 48 hours and till date ie on 19th September no calls or reverts from anyone for any kind of services, the cookstoves doesn't work properly and is not up to the mark what is the use of 7 years guarantee very sad with this organization
