Technical advice
I purchased a Marquant doorbell model 444-012 and the transmitter seems not to be working. The receiver chimes upon pressing the button but the transmitter doesn't trigger the chime on the receiver, it's only gives out a blue color. I can't find anywhere online info on how to reset or pairing the transmitter with the receiver. I request you avail me with the necessary info on how to reset or pair the gadget. By the way, the distance between the two is so close, so I don't see anything like an obstacle. Thanks. Daniel Uganda

Cooling Issue
I purchased a MarQ AC from Flipkart (Order No. OD334301902175058100), but it's not cooling—only the fan works. I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago, but there’s been no response or service visit. Abusive technicians & Pathetic service
I brought marq AC through Flipkart which was delivered on 26th April 2024. Today is 24 May 2024 but the AC wasn't installed yet. Also their AC technician's & employees are extremely RUDE. I have raised a Return request but both Flipkart and Marq rejected my return request neither they put an effort to resolve my issue instead continuously giving me missed calls then I'm getting a email stating my issues has been resolved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS BOTH MARQ AND FLIPKART
Complaint for marq ac
Fraud company ever seen., they provide 1 year warranty on product. And never give service if product have problems, i think they are giving used product as new one.. pls dont buy marq product. I brought AC, washing machine and fridge.. all the 3 product got stop working like 6 to 8 months..and no respondce from the company for service. I have 1 year warranty on all product
Those all who had same experiance please go for legal formalities in consumet court. Then only this fake company will learn
Today is the 11th day of the water purifier and it's not working
It's like they design their products in a way so that just a day after replacement time is over it breaks itself and we have to beg them to come and repair it or replace it. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to pick up the call at their service centre. I saw a thousand comments on MARQ filters saying don't buy it they never service it, and I ignored it like warning on cigarettes!! Sorry comments, should have listened to you.
