Escalation of Unresolved AC Service Complaint and Repeated Custo

Extremely disappointed with MarQ by Flipkart service. My AC (MarQ by Flipkart 2025, 1.5 Ton 5-Star Split Inverter AC (5-in-1 Convertible with Turbo Cooling Technology, White, Order ID: OD434701807807466100 Purchase Date: 17 June 2025) is under warranty and has had cooling issues since May 2026. I have registered multiple service requests, but every time a technician calls, promises a visit, never shows up, and then falsely updates the system that I didn't answer or wasn't available. This cycle has repeated several times with no resolution. This is unacceptable customer harassment and a complete failure of after-sales service. Hoping Flipkart and MarQ management take immediate action before I escalate the matter to the Consumer Commission.

MISLEADING ME

I HAVE BOUGHT MARQ MONITOR 24INCH. I USED SINCE 10 MONTH . 1 MONTH AGO , I SUDDENLY NOTICE THAT DISPLAY HAVE SOME LINES . I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES IN COMPANY APROXIMETLY 30 TIMES . MACHANIC PICK UP MY MONITOR , BUT NOT REPAIRED. THEN I CALLED FROM MARQ COMPANY. THEY TELL ME THAT , UR MONITOR APPROOVED FOR REPLACEMENT/REFUND. BUT NOBODY PICKS MY MONITOR.
NOW I DECIDE TO TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT FOR SPOILING MY MONEY AND TIME. 1.5MONTH.
