It is to inform you that I purchased an AC make Marq last year in April. My registered no. is xxcccc. For the last one one and half month the AC is not workings properly as firstly it was showing error F2, then I registered a complaint in this regard and the technician visit the site and opened the outdoor unit, checked the PCB and sensors but found that compressor gag was released out due to copper pipe trust of outdoor unit. They repaired the same and filled the gas and charged 3000 rs. Again after 7 days the problem again persist and showing error F6. I again registered complaint and visiting technician again open the PCB checked the connections of sensors and found that again copper pipe has brust and again they filled the gas and charged money including visit charges. After 10 days again the same problem arise and again complaint and again the same issue .pls not that this was third time. And after 5/6 days again problem arise but this time error code F5 and on complaint technician visit the site and said that there may be problem with compressor and they changed the new compresor which took around 15 days but even after changing the compressor the defect is not rectified. Again I called up the technician and they took the PCB with them and tried to repaired it but worsoned the condition of Outdoor unit causing non operational of AC. I had to bear the extreme hot weather this year just because of your worst AC upon I trusted. Pls forward this to the higher authorities to make the AC workable for long duration not just for one season. Tell me, how can you assured me not to go for other AC just throwing this one on the roadside

I m 5 time complain in your department but not any response. 01 time visit your technician but not repair my ac compressor& I m pay 550 rs .

This is the pathetic brand with worst customer service. I swear I won't buy any more product from this brand and suggest everyone the same.

Marq is very bed product. they are completely cheating with customer's Flipkart & Jeeves involved .

I had complained to Marq about my Air conditioner two months back . It was not working properly. Jeeves team came to check the problem; and they said that compressor was damaged. They said they will request for spare part and it will come in 15 days time.
I registered complaint @27th August,2022.
Two months is getting over and still the issue is not solved. I have given my claim no. Below:
Warranty Claim: Claim Registered Successfully (CLBWR27082200638).

Your team said it will be repaired before 15th of October. No action yet. Very very pathetic service. I should have never trusted brand like MARQ.

I purchased a split AC, it just worked fine for one year. Now not cooling even at 17 degree temperature. No service center available in Gwalior, where to contact so that a technician can visit and check the problem. very pathetic working and services. In future will never purchase any product of this company as company forgets that after sales service are more important. They only ask for a copy of bill and then say that now it is not under warranty.

my washing machine is not working from last mont but your company not responding or not repaired my machine . because marq company is very slow and bad.
