They purposely don’t share receipts of pauments till last date and exprct that fines are paid when there is no prior communication. Recovery agents are rude and do not disclose any information on previous Payments which are done on time.

I did adding money to my paytm wallet through lazy pay card , first 2 times it is not credited to my paytm wallet third time it is credited. Transaction was successful in lazypay.transaction ID is Txn152541365 But the merchant haven't received any payment. I ve mailed many times to lazypay.no response

Had done transaction of 5000 & 200 on 18/9/2021 and 7000 & 500 on 2/10/2021 where amount got deducted from account but not credited in merchant account kindly resolve it and tefund the same on urgent basis.

Sir/Madam,
I had made a upi transfer through Bhim Upi to my lazypay upi address(xxxxxxx972.lzp@idfcbank) for an advance bill payment of Rs.4329.2(transaction reference no: xxxxxxxx9241)on 14.05.2021 at 01:20:49 for which I got a "SUCESS" for that transaction. But even after that for a couple of times I checked, my bill amount was not reflecting including the same. I tried with the bill payment with transcation for a rupee from other upi's also and the result was the same. Since the transaction resulted with a "success" I cannot approach bank also..the due will be by 18 th of this month and also i dont have that much of spare money I will not be able to pay the outstanding by arranging some other money...since it is a gap between this "give and take" kindly adjust the money towards the outstanding....thanks in advance..

Dear team,

A couple of months ago my bill for my transactions was a little lower side than what I really spent. As I had given auto-bill payment I didn't notice the same. But this month the pending payment which was not included in the previous months has been included in one shot.

Anyway, I have to pay for my transactions. But I was not prepared for this bill amount. So I tried for the part payment. But I got a message that, as I have opted for auto-bill payment, even if I pay the part payment the full bill amount will be auto-debited. Then what is the meaning of the message given by you in the part payment section?

If you pay any amount we will not auto-debit for this month.

Either

I need this amount shall be split into two consecutive bills
                               or
The part payment options shall be activated for me when I make a part payment my auto-debit will not be presented.

If you can do neither, as I have autopayment if you are not able to do the part payment option for me, Please cancel the auto bill payment and activate the part payment option for me.

Moreover

1. After the KYC and done and proper repayments for several years you are not providing any cash loans. (Please provide a cash loan for me)

2. I made a transaction in Flipkart, and even after the proper repayment, you have closed the lazy pay EMI and you are not giving the same option again for me. (Please activate the EMI for Flipkart for me)

3, I was using the scan and pay option offline, which also deactivated for me.(Please activate scan and pay for me)

If you are not able to do these, Please cancel the auto-debit option and activate part payment for me.

Its been too many days I am not getting the resolution.

Lazypay is a Unprofessional Organization

Hi,

The same happened to me on 15 June 2019 & after I mailed the ECS slip for Rs. 30,000/-, no personal loan disbursement till today (17 July 2019)!! They even deducted Rs. 118/- from my Ac without my permission & intend to Misuse the ECS slip for Auto-Debit from my Ac for Other transactions.

I mailed Lazypay clearly that either they have to disburse the loan or cancel the ECS (refunding Rs. 118/-) but they reply that the cancellation needs to be done from my bank. My bank Manager says this is utter nonsense as in case of Digital Payments, the cancellation needs to be done at the Source (PayU).

I have purposely kept my Ac inactive in order to prevent misuse from Lazypay / PayU & have informed Lazypay that I will stop all other regular payments to Lazypay / PayU until my issue is resolved & that I will not be responsible for any allegations on late payment / late fee for other regular payments (which were made on / before the due dates through manual means).

I had earlier availed several other high value personal loans from banks & NBFCs through ECS. There were no problems anywhere & all the loans have been cleared, obtaining NOCs. This is the first time that too for a small Personal Loan of Rs. 30,000/- Lazypay guys are playing all sorts of unprofessional tricks, harassing professionals. It is interesting to note that Lazypay guys never mentions its complete address / phone nos in any of their mails.

To conclude, Lazypay is a highly Unprofessional organization. Professionals are seriously warned never to deal with Lazypay in any manner.

I spoke to a person by name Ashish and he informed that lazypay has paid 399 Rs to Airtel.

But when i spoke to Airtel, they are informing that , they havent received any kind of payment from Lazpay to my airtel number.

So , i have no reason to pay you people 399 Rs. Make sure that you Give me the acknowledgment number that you paid to Airtel.

Also , you co - ordinate with Airtel and get me the confirmation that 399 Rs has been done from your side as i have already communicated with Airtel and they informed that they havent received any money for my airtel number.
