Fill the details as per the format below on the Bima Bharosa (IRDAI) portal while registering a new complaint:
Name, Mobile Number, E-mail .
Address including Pin Code, State, District .
Insurance Company Name, Department of IRDAI .
Policy Details: Policy Number / Proposal Number / Certificate Number / Claim Number
Complaint Category / Complaint Type, Description of Issue, and Attachment Upload
Submit the form. On successful registration you will receive a Complaint Number / Token Number .
Track status: After logging in, you can view status updates of your complaint in the portal.
If the complaint is not attended within 15 days of registration on the Bima Bharosa portal, or if you are not satisfied with the resolution given by the insurer, then you may also approach to Council for Insurance Ombudsman (CIO) Centres .
