JioFiber services?

Security deposit taken for the JioRouter (Provided by Jio) is refundable-

  • If you choose to discontinue using the JioFiber services, you will receive a refund of your eligibile
    security deposit amount provided the installed devices are returned in good and working condition.
  • Security deposit for JioFiber will be refunded through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)
    in your account
  • Refund may take up to 60 days from the date of cancellation request given.

Prepaid and Post-paid option in JioFiber services?

Currently JioFiber services are Prepaid , plan to launch the JioFiber Post-paid in due course of time.

JioFiber DTH TV service ?

  • Jio will sell a Set Top Box that will be able to access services from local cable operators such as Hathway,
    DEN Networks and others
  • The Jio Set Top Box will stream content in 4K resolution and will also be offering many multimedia features,
    including gaming, Mixed Reality applications and video calling
  • Subscribers will be able to access all of Jio's apps such as JioTV, JioCinema, JioSaavn and more
  • It was also said that Jio will allow access to popular third-party OTT platforms that will rely on JioFiber's
    broadband service for streaming
  • For video calling, subscribers will have to get a camera for their TV and they can talk to four people simultaneously

My jio fibre net is not working. It seems that the wire is cut down. Please repair or restore at the earliest.

I’m a 61 years old woman, living in Bhopal with my husband’s Dr Arun Prakash mathur. We had applied for jio fiber connection. Mr.Pankaj Barange Asst manager from your company approached us on 9/10/19 with jio fiber plan , we paid him ₹2500 by card and were promised to get the connection the next day. The same hasn’t been done till date. We have called him and his boss Mr Ajay Mishra several times , but of no use. They just come ,check and say “line ki wiring problem he” And go away without any solution or result.
I’m attaching his card and a few whatsapp chat with him .
I’m sorry to have disturbed you sir .
But I sincerely hope that a solution can be given or our money returned.
