Water heater fault on just expiry of warranty period

Dear formation, i am an army officer, purchased water heater fron csd agra on 15/11/21. On 1st year its element failed and replaced by inalsa due to warranty, now on staring of season i switch on geyser but no response get so i lodge complaint on 04/12/23, your service provider visited and remarked many fault in geyser as tank leakage, element damage and surrounding system damaged, i told him to proceed for further repair. Till then your agra office misguiding me and not repairing geyser. Hopeless attitude, unsatisfactory reply. I will take up case with csd depot bombay office for this casual attitudes non standard product supplied in csd and fits to black list co. in csd

No benefit of warranty on product

Inalsa company warranty have no meaning because I have purchased steam iron titanium 2000 and the product have two years warranty from company but after 10 months the product was not working properly and company do not change damage part of iron in warranty they want to charged from me for changing the damaged parts in also service is very bad for customer and product was so costly according to their quality

Inalsa is not a reliable brand for home appliances. There are no customer services provided. It not only offers bad quality products but it also doesn’t not serves their customers.
I Purchased a chimney for kitchen in January and it only worked for around 3 months!! Since then, i have been continuously trying to get in touch with the service centre but i have got 0 responses and it has become a hassle for us. There is no door to door service provided! I, myself had to take chimney to the service centre throce since i have purchased it. Even after the service, the chimney is not working well and stops working in a day or two after the service.
I highly urge the readers and potential customers to do not consider the products offered by Inalsa. Even after complaining, no complaints are raised and heard.

Not got the warrantee receipt of inalsa chimney

I bought the inalsa chimney from Amazon and it was told that I will get a warrantee and guarantee receipt from inalsa company but 2 months have passed and I have not got any receipt. So my humble request is that you pls send the receipt of warrantee and guarantee as soon as possible.

NON ISSUE IF FASTENERS AND CONNECTION PIPES WITH 25 ltrs WATER G

I have purchased a water geyser 25 ltrs. At the time of installation asked me to pay ₹ 330 on account of connection pipes and fasteners. Both the items have not been provided with the equipment. Request confirm the status.

If these are not provided please provide in future by enhancing the cost to avoid any confusion at final stage of installation.

Futher user can also ascertain the actual cost to compare with other company.

Defective item

I bought Inalsa Dazzle Open Glass Top 4 Burner Gas Stove, Manual Ignition, Black from amazon site through
Cloudtail India Private Limited on 17th Sep 2021

The item is totally defective. The service person could not fix it.
Please return or exchange it because it is defective . Flames are very low unable to cook.

You need to improve your customer services asap, you claim visiting charges for doing nothing, they did not even take the applaince with them for repair and instead asked us to get it to the shop, if I was supposed to do that then what were you called for??

Food processor not working

I bought a new food processor two years back. Its quality is very poor. The jar broke within first couple of months. I realised that these jars are breakable, unlike their previous models.
In just two years both grinder and mixer have stopped working too. Despite several calls there have been no response from Inalsa.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
Please do not but Inalsa food processor.

मेने 23/05/2020 को फ़ूड प्रोसेसर लिया जिसमे काफी साउंड है कंपलेंट करने पर सर्विस सेंटर में वीरेंदर ने बहुत गलत बोला की इनालसा मेंआवाज आती है और बत्तमीजी भी की मेने अपनी लाइफ में इतने गंदे स्टाफ कभी नही देखे में कभी किसी को इनालसा का प्रोडक्ट लेने की सलाह नही दूँगा और इनपर कनसुमेर कोर्ट में केस करुगा इनालसाका प्रोडक्ट अच्छे है लेकिन सर्विस स्टाफ बिल्कुल अनपढ़ है

I am 100% agree with you. Their staff want to work as per their norms and don't care the customer satisfaction or convenience. I must say they don't have sense to deal with customers as well. I am using Inalsa Cooker hood and service staff from Chandigarh was very rude twice with me. Product matters but the service matters the most, I won't buy anything from Inalsa in future and even won't recomend any of my friends or known people to purchase Inalsa

I am purchased hand blender ROCKET Hand blender 18 Oct 2018 . from AMAZON .I thought it was very good product and believe it will give good work performance.it looks very heavy motor .The motor heating as soon as the blender start and rotate in steps .not working properly.I request you to kindly repair or replace as the company warranty looking forward to your response.I try to call customer care nanny times but i couldn't find any one to pic up call. kindly d I an awaiting for your response/

Inalsa iron given for repairing was not never returned

I bought an Inalsa iron online and when it had issues I called the customer care of Inalsa and they sent a person to repair the iron. He was not able to repair the iron and told me that he has to take the iron with him and get it repaired. It’s been over 20 days now and the Iron is not returned and the person is not picking up the call and the customer support does not have the right information. Please do something about it. Even your repairing engineers are not qualified to fix a small iron.
