I have purchased one mixer grinder EK-2301 from Amazon, it is not working, when I used it, the motor burned and the product in the jar became very hot and came to boiling so please I request you to return it as early as possible.

Poor service

Never buy a food processor from Inalsa
I bought it in September and it's been 2 weeks it is not functioning at all and no response from the company for the complaint lodged...

Every time we call at customer care... We just hear the word SORRY and yet unresolved issue

The company is irresponsible towards after-sales service
Better to go for a similar product in USHA

I have purchased one mixer

I have purchased one mixer grinder MG IRIS on20th August 2020 from Surabhi jaipur , it is not working ,when I used it ,the motor burned and the product in the jar became very hot and came to boiling so please I request you to return it as early as possible I asked the distributor to change the cover of bigger jar as it was broken .I have blind trust on Inalsa products as I used food processor for about 22 years without facing any problem. Do the needful.I am a senior citizen and staying alone .

After a week of its use only, it is giving problem and nobody is picking up the customer care service phone
It is under one yer warranty, kindly look into the matter.

Hand blender faulty

I purchased hand blender of Inalsa being an Indian company from Amazon. It's switch is working erratically. This was delivered in June and I have used it only four times. Prior to this I had Braun which worked for 25 years. I had to buy new because by accident its body was broken.
This is under warranty but where to get it repaired. I am from Dehradun.

On 15th Oct we have raised request for hand blender services and got customer Id and technician contact no on that day itself .but no one has visited yet. Is this a kind of service that no call for any delay should come to your customer .

I called technician he is saying call has been transferred and now some other person will come .

non functioning on new unit

We purchased food processor in Feb 19 . since then no. of times we had issue as unit does not work
after complaining atleast 3-4 times temp. work is done again same issue
Min 4-5 times it was attended by mechanic .every time new problem is identified . we are at loss to undertand that parts are worn out without any use as welll how this could happen with new unit
