Geyser not working

Bought geyser two year back. It stopped heating water. I tried reaching the customer care number but it is not working. The local agency number given in the booklet provided at the time of purchasing the article is not willing to come. They ask me to contact customer care first. Please help me out send someone for geyser repair.
