PATHETIC RESPONSE
I wanted a statement for my mutual fund investment with ABSL. On 08 May 2019 at about 1000 hrs to 1115 hrs, I called up customer care umber more than 8 times to finally connect with the concerned person. The operator is telling me "What to do? Concerned person is not attending the call". She put me on hold for almost 10 minutes each time This is not the service expected from a Company who has taken Tens of Thousands of Rupees from me for investment. I expect a reply and response from ABSL MF and an apology for the same on my registered email address.
