Trying to contact service centre in Bangalore .. the helpline number is unavailable.. though I am under AMC every time I have to formally place a request for service because they don't come otherwise, even for mandatory service! .. now I am unable to reach the customer care number too .. this is the worst service .. the least you can do is provide an alternate number.. how am I supposed to place the service request ?

Poor service and horrible technician

I gave a complaint, one of the technician came. In spite of saying the problem the technician didnot do anything. I gave complaint to the branch officer still of no use. Aquardguatd is having horrible branch managers and technicians in secunderabad area.

It's been a while now like almost a year and three months that we've bought Aquaguard RO water purifier home, we've got term services regularly which he pretended to work/act well in the tenure.
Soon after the warranty got expired a person saying from Aquaguard service damaged multiple parts of the product and in the last three months like almost 5+ times we've called the management/service team to take any action on the same and still the issue continues to pop up after many so-called servicing things.
Unqualified technicians and Pathetic service, just immediately want someone from the team to take immediate action on the issue.
A lot of money got already looted from us to service people, I've never imagined this kind of useless service from you so-called top company guys.

Pathetic Service and worst Product

I am bound to write to you about your pathetic service in kolkata and abour your worst product Aquaguard Zenius.
I have bought the new Aquaguard Zenius water filter on 2nd july and the installation on 3rd.At the time of installation only your product was not working as there were some power connection issue in it.I told your installation agent to raise it, but he didn't and after doing some bizzare things, it worked temporarily, but even though he didn't raised it.
After one day it stopped working anD I raised a request on 5th through your call centre to fix it, but even after 3 Days, it has not been fixed.
Your service provider/Supervisor in kolkata(Mr. Sanjeev), constantly bluffing me that it will fixed in morning, then in afternoon then in evening, technician is on the way and he will reach soon when in actual he was on leave and even his mobile phone was swithed off, and bla bla......
May I know how much time do you need to fix such issues fora new product.
Don't you think it's your responsibility to prioritize such resolution when the product is bought new and you sell it as your Best Product.
Do you train your agents to bluff customer and tell lies about their services.
Can I expect some action from your side or do you think I should reach to some other level of escalation.

Poor Service

I am residing At mahararajanagar, Tirunelveli. I have paid the AMC during September 2018, the service people came for service on 21.december.2018 and the machine stopped working from the very next day of service. I called the service people and registered a complain. they attended the call on 22.dec.2018 and said the problem will be addressed. But no one came for service. Again I called them on 24. december 2018 but they didnt pick up the call. KI tried calling them but on seeing my they are not picking up my call. Fradulent service centre, if they cant address the problem, why do they stress us to pay for AMC. Next time problem arises, planning to throw the machine and purchase some other brand.

Water purifier installation

After so many reminders to customer care of aquaguard is not listening to user to install aquaguard purifier. Never seen such a poor response from any other care. Calling since over to week.

One month old vaccum cleaner not serviced

Worst service. I bought a vacuum cleaner on March and with in one month the machine is not working. After complaint and escalation the technician took for service after 2 weeks. Then no one contacted , after one week when we contact the technician, he is awaiting approval for raising spare parts. Which may take 2 to 3 weeks. But more than 10 days the request is not approved.

Aqua guard device is not functioning for last fifteen days

I am also one of the victim of this product.I paid money for changing filters yearly and to attend yearly maintenance for 3years. 15days back, the inexperienced serviceman changed the filters,since then the device is not functioning.I made phone calls to the service centre,Rajahmundry, daily from the date of malfunctioning of device,but there is no action was taken by them.Our family health is now felt in danger.Hence,there is no alternate to me to go and approach the Consumer forum for the grievances,mentioned herein, if still the proper service is not given by the company.

this is shyam, we are shifted from rajahmundry to bhimavaram. In bhimavaram we didn't get any service from 18th july to till now. for first 15days i requsted though phone ,but no responce, after that i make online service request on 3rd august till now i did'nt get any service. then i make a complaint in i am having AMC with customer no. 1003204272 and it is valid upto 2015 now this is the time of replacement of filters, due to service problem(from aquaguard side) i am using old filters. i am facing this problem till one month. in rajahmundry the service is very good. But in bhimavaram too worst. Please consider otherwise accept your ineficency and tack back your unit, return our AMC and unit amount

Pathetic Call Center, Product, Service Centre and executtives

We Purchased Eureka Forbes Reviva Water Purifier in Nov 13. This model was suggested by their sales person after doing proper water testing. In April 14 the machine stopped functioning and we make complaint on their help line on 8th Apr 14. The service engineer visited and said that the cylinder is damaged and the same has to be replaced @ of Rs. 2300/- while the machine is still under warranty. After that no followups we made form their service center and also the Ombudsman team as well.

Have contacted all senior persons but all in vain. I want to return the product with request for full refund. Its our mistake that we didnt do any market survey of the product or else we would have known about the disadvantages of the product.

Worst customer service from aquaguard

My aquagarud is not working from few days and I am facing service issue with aquagaurd, I have called atleast 15-20 times to customer care and their service supervisor but no solution still I am trying, I paid 18k for RO and feel like waste of money and trapped with eurekaforbes. Even their escalation process doesn't accept complaint raised to them by phone, you can escalate only complaint raised by online, this is ridiculous, I personally recommend every not to go with eurekaforbes as their main business is to cheat customer and when they want to sell it, they used to come every day so don't get trapped by their sellers they are biggest lairs.

Pathetic Service

I have taken AMC on 17/11/12 Aqua Guard filter is suppose to changed in May 2013. But it was not changed.
Basically I transfer machine from Pune to Bangalore on May 2013, So I contacted Bangalore Office for reInstallation and Change the filter But after calling several time to bangalore office they reinstall the machine in June 2013 but filter was not change the filter.
Again after calling several times Tech person visit my location on 05/07/2013 to change the filter but have they not changed according to them I already change the filter in pune which was due.
I think in bangalore Aqua unit does have much knowledge how many time the filter is suppose to change and well as they are not responsible .
I want my filter to change ASAP.

I purchased aquagaurd water purifier model AG-SENSA SMP+ from the dealer three months ago. Your agent kept the said machine on the kichen slab and told that it can not be installed on the rack. The machine is being rusted, therefore six days ago, I requested the Customer care to install the said machine on a tray by fixing it on the wall, but inspite of repeated request for last six days, none of your staff is coming to fix the said machine. I have a aqua guard nova at my home - House No 21/4, MGSF Lucknow Cantt (UP), PIN-226001. The machine is under valid AMC since Oct 2012.
Machine was not functioning properly after servicing done by your representative at the time of making AMC in Oct 2012. I have lodged complaint with your service centre at Lucknow. Your representatives come and go after seeing the machine. But they are not able to repair the machine properly.
Consequently, I lodged complaint with your thrice. But still the machine is not functional. I will request you to do the needful so that the machine is repaired properly.
The behavior of your representatives with respect to not providing satisfactory services is making me to loose my cool.
I would also like to inform you that is machine is not repaired immediately, I will lodge FIR with police station in Lucknow and also file a case in consumer protection court.

Not attending Complain

We are Allahabad bank having Staff Training Centre at Nandanpuri, Khajpura, Bailey road, Patna. We have Four Aquaguard water purifier installed at our centre. Three out of which is not working properly since last one month. we had lodged a complain to customer care on 17.10.2012. our complain docket no. is 68651624 dated 17.10.2012. our permanent customer ID is 1005236828 . after lapse of 9 days no body has came to attend the complain. we have also reminded customer care on 19.10.2012.
We are also having AMC of 3 years wef 03.10.2012 to 02.10.2014. we fail to understand why your co. is not attending complains after assurance that complain will be resoved within 48 hours. If our Trainees fell ill after taking poor quality water at our centre, all responsibilities will lies on you. We will be free to sue against you aswell.

We have purchased the above said water purifier AQUASURE RO+UV on 18-10-12 in the name of . P. Surekha from BajaJ Electronics , Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The service / installation person came and installed on 20-10-12 . At the time of installation/ at the time of opening machine from packing Box the glass rest was in broken condition. He managed and convinced me to manage with that. I said Ok.

Now today on 24-10-12 when we want to have water from the outlet of the machine ( Tap with curved lever) found it is not working and not delivering the water. It is surprised for us the machine has started not functioning , we are very much to note your machine is so substandard . This outflow water lever is supposed to withstand for thousands/ lacks of operations with out out any trouble.

Even not crossed 4 days from the date of Installation if the machine has started troubling , I am sure that there may be many more complaints we have to face.

please look into the defective parts 1) Glass rest 2) Water outlet tap ( tap with lever ) and change immediately .

wish that there will not be any other complaints in nearing future. Other wise I may have to approach the CONSUMER FORM for justice and for a claim of refund the money , expenses , damages and compensation towards the mental tension caused with the supplied machine installed with us.

Wish you attend immediately to solve the problems and replacement of defective parts.

We having office in jobra road , cuttack .Its a diagnostic center.We have fitted two aquaguard system.In one of the system the AMC got over by April , 2012. We are continuously is being touch with a franchise in cuttack Mr. biswajit puhan (9338124164) but he is very reluctant to start a new AMC . And he himself is saying there is no more 1 year AMC being provided by the company.Only if you are willing to take 3 or 5 year AMC then only the service is going to be provided . But while consulting in customer care executive of kolkata. we came to know he is lying about the company and want to sell 3 year AMC.

Mr. Biswajit Puhan is a very disgraceful person without having any shame . For the last four month he is cheating with us.And last time(last year) also we were faced numerous trouble.We have repeatedly phoned many people like puhan , santosh (technician) and even area in-charge Mr. Sarkar.

Non performer of Aquaguarg Water purifier

Dear Mam /Sir,

This is for your kind information that we have purchased AG PROTEC RO+UV on 21st of June 2012 vide invoice no. 13618 of M/s Vivekanand Services, Bhilai, Distt Durg (Chhattisgarh).

During first meeting with your field officer Mr. Mishra, we informed to him that we also required TDS controller along with RO +UV. To maintain the TDS level (as provided by Kent RO+UV+TDS controller ), he was agreed and purchased TDS controller from somewhere and installed Purifier.That time TDS (100-150ppm) & Hardness(50-70ppm) level set as per WHO recommendation for drinking water. After 2-3 days, we fell bitterness in drinking water and check the TDS & Hardness (as i am also working in water treatment company) and TDS & Hardness found 40ppm and 10ppm respectively.

2-3 times your field office visit along with technical officer, set the TDS controller but again facing same problem very next day. So may times contact with them but no one resolve the problem till date.

We are very much sorry to inform you that services provided from your end is very very poor, your main target is to sale the product.

Please send your representative as soon as possible to collect your water purifier and return my 100% money.

I purchased an Aqua guard nova filter .The product catalogue clearly states about a warranty of 12 months from the date of sale which means that the product is still under warranty.
Since the purchase of the especially with the Home Service facility of Aqua Guard. no one come in my house aftar installtion.
Now I think that the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard service engineers are rather out of control of their management or the Eureka Forbes Office guys are deliberately delaying in service so that people who are in emergency will ultimately get fed-up and will stop calling.

I would request you to please look into this matter and take proper action so that such cases does not arise in near future with any genuine customer.

Poor Service And Cheating in installation of filters

Our product acquaguard sensa water purifier was under AMC, which has been renewed last week. It is the responsibilirty of technician to check the water before and after installation of candle and before leaving the premises. The day after changing filters, we felt there is change in the water taste. On 26th March, we have asked the technician to test the water which revealed that the ppm before fileration is 360 and after filteration it is 300. Earlier, before changing the filter (3months back), it was around 100. Now we came to know that water is not getting purified. How it is possible ? Adter installation of new filers, if water is not getting purifiesd, there may be problem with new filter or new installed filer is a fake or duplicate or used ? Now eureka forbes/acuaguard has forced me to drink dirty tap water which I have never expected.
Inspite of continuous follow up no proper reply is coming
The response from the concerned is also is pathetic.
Now people has to think before they are planning to install Eureka forbes water filter

A complaint was made on February 21 requesting service for my Aquaguard Infiniti. Till now my complaint has not been attended to. Yesterday evening, I called Customer Care and also spoke to your Service Manager who assured me that the needful would be done by yesterday (February24) evening. As expected, nothing was done.

Since the last couple of years, service provided by your organization is very poor. Each registered complaint needs to be followed by calls to senior staff till service is carried out. This too if one is fortunate that any of the staff concerned answer your call.

I have been loyal to your products for over 20 years. A rethink may be in order.

water purifier candles change - not attended

I am requesting since last month to change the candles of my water purifier with new enhanced green RO system for getting sweet water but your service centre at Barkathpura,Hyderabad not attending saying either there is no stock or there is no executive to attend work.Thisis what told by Sampath. Serious Complaint regarding Aquaguard water purifier.

Dear Sir,
Your Salesmen brought a water purifier on 9th Jan and asked me to just look at it. Before it, i was having a five stage water purifier at my home. i told him that i won't be able to afford your water purifier at present.
after that he just fitted the aquaguard, asking to taste one glass of water. when i told him that i wont be able to pay him the amount of purifier.

The next day again i asked him to uninstall the water purifier and take it back, but he refused and told that "money is not the matter and i can pay him later"

Again he came on 20th of Jan and harassing me for money, in spite of my request for taking it back.
For taking it back, he is asking me to pay Rs 2350 with the purifier.

Complaint against Aquaguard Sales executives


I am writing this without any hope that Aquaguard people will give any attention to it but atleast other consumers can benefit from it. I have ordered a Aquaguard Enhanced UV in Bangalore.
Sales executive Mr Nitesh Kumar K with phone 9986927335 told me that unit will be installed in not time and promised to send the person for installation. But in comng days noone tunrned up. When I called the guy he didn't pick the calls after repeated tries.
After relentless tries, he messaged me the number of his superior Mr Pavan 8050955607.
Pavan also promised me that it will be installed the next day but nothing happened and till date I am waiting for its installation.

Though there is no hope from Aquaguard team but still I would like to see if this post can make some difference.


Incompetent service provided by Korba aquaguard service

I am currently residing in BALCO-Township Korba -Chhatissgarh.I had some problem in my aquaguard system(inova).I called Korba aquaguard service.The person came rectified and took the bill as per the procedure.Within 10 days again same problem repeated and the person again came and rectified.Within 15 days again it is not working.I doubt the technical competency of this people.Really it is highly unfortunate that company people can not detect the actual problem.I hope for the brand name of Eureka you must direct them to identify the problem correctly and then rectify the same.The response here is very sluggish.I am really upset with aquaguard .Hope you will take fast and correct action .

For last more than a year service to my pump model was very poor. I renewed my AMC with service centre at Udaipur, Rajasthan. But the company changed service centre from SN to Sangam. I purchase AQUA GUARD DUO on oct 14 - 2011 for 15,000 Rs.. On same day of installation, the wall mount in the product broken. and the i am unable to use the product from the frist day of installation.

I have been complainting the customer care centre for past 40 days, every time they registered as new complaint and say "YOUR PROBELM WILL BE RESOLVED IN 24 HRS.". But still day, nobody come to attend my probelm.

Complaint no 64231391 given on 28th Oct 2011. Water flow has slowed down badly.Yet to be attended. Reminded again twice and last time around on 3rd with a clear request to come after 3PM. Service man came promptly at 1PM and asked to enter. Due to an inconvenience requested that man to come 20 minutes later so that we will enable him to service. We are still waiting for him. Right from the morning today the 4th of Oct after 7 days of complaint, I am trying hard to get phone nos of senior personnel to address..Following are the numbers where there is no response...9345941137(I am told name is IMAI),9361877744(meenakshisundaram) 9361877702(Chacko). Is there anything at all that can be done or I should just throw this machine out and buy someone who will support. I can tell you that when AMC comes to force all guys keep calling without fail.

Take back the machine

I had logged a complaint 15 days back. Every two days i had been following up my call and spoke to so many representatives about the complaint , but all in vain.( The last call made was yesterday and spoke to the supervisor Mr.Shiva). I have products from all the brands like Samsung, whirlpool, L.G...etc, the service of all these is superb. But your product has always put me in a high state of pressure.
My complaint was that the water is not getting purified and wanted some body to attend to it immediately, but so far no one has turned up. If any of my family members fall sick by drinking this impure water , i am sure i am going to sue your company. With in a year i had faced this problem thrice. So i want you to take back the machine.
(when ever we call the customer care , we are kept in hold for at least for 15 minutes, this shows the functioning or your product.

I am having Aquaguard Royale water purifier. It was not serviced for the last one year. I have complained one month back also. No response so far. Please reply

Non-attending the complaint

I had on last thursday (25.8) made a complaint to your office (Acquaguard water purifier) about the non-function of my Acquagard water purifier which was purchased just a year back. However till today none from your office visited my hone to attend the complaint. I strongly feel that i made a great mistake by going for Acquaguard purifier as their service has turned out to be poorer of poor. I was earlier using ALFA Water purifier and the service they have been providing was excellent. I think i should throw away acqua purifier and buy the same from ALFA.

Can a senior person from Eureka Forbes give reply to this email of mine. My customer ID is 1007471991 and complaint regn no. 63458028.


Way Eureka forbes Treats its Customer

This is with reference to “Total Sense” model purchased by me in the m/o April,2011. I lodged a complaint on 9th Aug,2011 and got complain number 85310114. Again on 21st Aug,2011 I reminded customer care on my request and now today is 23rd but no one visited my place to fix the leakage problem. Is this is the way Eureka Forbes works.

I am now regretting my decision of buying Eureka Forbes product.

Thank u for not having been attended to the complaint lodged by me vide Complaints No. 63281926 & 63344846.I have purchased vide Order No.79104588001 dt02.2011(Customer ID No.1007952619)During last two weeks I have complained through Customer Care(service centre)and they too took the complaint(Complaint No.63281926&63344846) since then your service personnel has not yet turned up for rectification.Then I am getting mobile No from Customer Care service and then contacted your personnel Mr. Saravanan(Assistant Mr.Siva)&Mr. Tangaraj.Daily I am trying to contact them and they are just giving lame excuses that he will attend in the evening, morning etc. During sales they have voluntarily made so many calls and some how sold the products, but during service either not attending the call or giving lame excuse. I have believed in the good-will of your company and purchased the above said product, But I have never seen such a bad service before, is this good-will of your company?


We have a launched a complain on 26/07/2011 they said they will send their man with in 24 working hours but he came on 30/07/2011 and did not do proper service so i am very dissatisfied with this company. Very poor service.

We are getting very poor

We are getting very poor request handling. More than a week back we logged the request for water filter cleaning and nobody has turned up yet. Today again we called the person and wanted to escalate the issue but seems like the customer service lives in a different world. When I went online it asked me to follow the steps again (Cust : 1006094931, Original Phone request # 0062921913, Web Request no.: a4f80bd537e2). The lack of cleaning on water filter starts affecting people's healths and should be attended very promptly. The experience with the service so far is very frustrating and totally unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the required standard of service from such a company and such an essential product !
