I have ordered Prestige Iris mixer grinder(750W) on 27th Oct. In my account status for this product is delivered on 2nd Nov. But in reality I didn't get my product. I Have called customer care many times as well as through SMS, I have contacted but my query not solved yet. They said first time, wait for 2 days then after I have contacted they told me we need to investigate. It will take 3-5 days. After 6 days, I have contacted again. But still my query didn't get solved. They told me we will notify you. Till now, I didn't get any notification regarding my product. After that I had contacted customer care, same thing happens again. How many times I need to call customer care? Really this is frustrating and rediculus. Today's is 20 Nov. And I don't know how much time I have to wait? Please don't fool your customer Amazon. I never expect it from you. It's really disappointing.
