Many times I raised complaint about the problem in accessing Internet issue, But no one has replied to my request. Daily we need to upgrade our phone net package and would have been working. Very poor service. Irresponsible Customer Service. More than 1 week we have been waiting to get this solved.
Better I request you all to choose any other network like jio, cherrinet, etc

THU, NEVER GO FOR AIRTEL, ITS A CHEATING COMPANY.

Airtel xstream service was not given to me after multiple requests, sales person after making payment never responded, company has no responsibiilty, they are neither providing the service nor giving back my amount. I have paid 1500 Rs. but they never come back after payment is done. Neither service nor refund, i have complained several times but no use. they never respond. I am going to take judicial action on the company shortly with all the proofs of follow up and sales person irresponsible behaviour, companies irresponsible behaviour etc.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL BROADBAND

My experience with Airtel Black has been a mix of highs and lows. While the initial interactions seemed promising, there have been notable frustrations along the way that reflect a lack of dedication on their part.

After requesting a connection through their website, I received responses from several salespeople who assured me of a smooth setup process. Encouraged by their assurances, I opted for their Airtel Black service and paid an upfront fee of 1500. While the DTH installation was promptly carried out, the fiber connection that I had signed up for was unfortunately not installed as promised. Surprisingly, I received no communication about the delay or any updates regarding the status of the installation. This experience left me disheartened and wondering about the reliability of their service.

In an attempt to give them another chance, I applied for the Airtel Black service again on August 24th and paid an advance of 4000. As of today, seven days have passed without any response from their end. When I've reached out to their customer service, it has been a challenge to get through, and the explanations provided have sometimes seemed less than satisfactory.

While I understand that technical glitches and unforeseen challenges can arise, it would have been more reassuring if Airtel Black had maintained better communication with their customers. Simple updates on the status of installations and more transparent information would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

In conclusion, my experience with Airtel Black has been marked by moments of frustration due to their lack of responsiveness and communication. However, I still hold hope that they can improve their service quality and establish a more reliable and customer-oriented approach in the future.

I have submitted the requests for shifting for my existing xtream wifi connection on dtd 01.07.2023 req. No. and my connection No. Xxx ( account No. ) but no is going to answers on it even the site engineer Mr. Rajput is not going to ans my call.

The DTH connection was done on the same day but the Fibernet connection has not been done till now and no proper response from the Service engineer and not picking up the call. multiple problems in connectivity and speed issue

I, Sangita Manchekar had purchased your airtel fiber subscription on 26th Jan XXXX for 1 year basis (XXXmbps plan) in Borivali East Mumbai. (Mrs. Sangita Ashok Manchekar, C XXX1, Siddhivinayak CHSL, Triumph Ventures, Rajendra Nagar Road, Jai Jawan Nagar, Near F C I, Borivali East, Mumbai XXXXXXXX)

I am facing multiple problems in connectivity and speed issue, I cant even connext the wifi on my phone, and if I am able to then I am getting very poor speed of just 20-30mbps.

I have complained atleast 20 times, the technician has visited 7-8 times but he is not able to provide any resolution or response on the given problem. I just got silly reasons and excuses from him and no resolution.

I have paid about Rs. 1XXXXXXX for no reason, please escalate and resolve this issue on priority.

I have an Airtel Xtreme fible plan of 1year 100mbps plan in Varanasi. Internet is not working since 29th of January 2023. AFter several reminders regarding my complain no one arrived to resolve the complaint till now. It's not a first time I am facing this issue. In one year plan I have faced this issue multiple times. I was not accepting this kin of service from such a reputated brand like Airtel. I have worst experience while using your services and never want to use it furthermore or I will never recommend your service to anyone. Your team member from Varanasi (Mr. Pramod) who not down the complaint is not picking my call since tomorrow as he is always busy in meating or somewhere in his own stuff. No one is available in my area to resolve issues of a customer within a day. I haven't seen such a worst service by any other vendors. And some of your team members also suggested me to change my network (not to use Airtel). With such things u will not be able to do business in Varanasi.
Please look in it and try to resolve this problem in Varanasi as soon as possible

Unstable rRXStream Fiber connection

I have Airtel’s XStream Fiber connection and every
Thursday I stream live telecast of Sai Amrit Vani and reading of Sai Satcharitra program of 1 hour and 35 minutes. But almost every week during the program a message comes saying Unstable Internet connection and Yahootube stops the telecast saying trying to reconnect. This disturbs a lot. Today during the Telecast it happened two time and I am fed up with it. I don’t know whom to contact. I don’t find any help line or customer care of Airtel. Can any body help me in solving this problem.

Despite, resetting the connection, ample attempts to reach customer service and registering complaints, no response on behalf of the airtel team. The speed of broadband is so slow and a single bandwidth is seen. Its been 3 days, and the situation continues.

A callous attitude, from a reputed company. The customer service always gets disconnected after a "thank you". It really puts the customer into a situation were they are totally helpless.

I would like the issue to be resolved by today itself. It has already been 3 days and no sight of response on your behalf.Absolutely irresponsible.

Due to wire breakdown , internet is not working from last 4 days

Poor service by airtel representative. Internet is not working because of breakdown in wiring from last 4 days. I have raised the complaint by calling Airtel representative but there is no resolution till now. They are making us fool everyday by saying that "wifi will starting working till evening" and whenever we call them in the evening for complaining that wifi hasnt started ,they don't attend the calls.

I request to resolve the issue by today else I will stop using this internet.

Non Refund of payment

I was advised by airtel reprensative (Prathap) that installation of DTH+Fiber is not possible on my site (Prince Courtyard Flat No.D802 EVR Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600084), and only broadband connection is possible..I made one more new transaction following his advice for 6 months BB plan for Rs.3532.92 on the very same day and was promised tat payment for cancellation of DTH+Fiber of Rs.2001.17 will be credited in 4-5 days to credit card..Its been more than 12 days and yet nothing is credited..

Airtel representative phone is also switched off / forwarded to new number after the payment process was completed..

Never experienced such bad service from Airtel before..They call thousand times for payment and new connection but no response after its completed..

Complaint against AirtelBlackTeam for nonInstallation of connet

A person namly Subhajit from Airtel Black Team assured to installed broad band connection within one or two days. Accordingly, I had paid charges online. But he have not done saying that no port is available and asked me if i m interested to cancel as money be refunded. I affirmed. But even after lapse of one month, i have neither get connection nor refund.
Online , only IVR is available no response.

Internet service not available

I deactivated Safe Custody on my connection on Airtel App on 18 Nov 2021. The internet service is still not available at my broadband as on 0930 hrs on 21 Nov. In last 03 days,.Inhave called the Call Centre 05 times and spoken to Duty Supervisors on 02 occasions. Every time I get a response that there is a technical issue and it would get resolved soon.
As the Technical Team of Airtel can not service the customers, I would like to terminate my connection and move to another service provider. Please reply on priority with the procedure to terminate the connection.A4fS

Unfair Billing by Airtel: Broadband Account

The issue pertains to excessive and unfair billing by Airtel Broadband. I have subscribed to 40MBPS plan of Airtel which was priced at Rs.699. Recently there has been a price cut for 40mbps plan and the price got reduced to Rs.499/month. Thus monthly Rs.499 plan has replaced the monthly Rs.699 Plan on the Airtel Website. But when it comes to Billing (for Sept2020) they are still charging the higher price of Rs.699+Taxes, which in my view is unfair. Airtel executives argue that they are not going to give the benefit of pricecut unless a customer finds it himself on the website and asks for this benefit!. In my view since plan price has been reduced and older higher price plan being replaced with new plan (without reducing the Connection Speed), existing customers under this plan should automatically be provided this benefit. Instead Airtel is cheating the customer by
1. Not informing the customers price cut (atleast by group Email/SMS)
2. Continuing to charge older, higher price
3. Refusing to charge pro-rata after taking price cut into account.

I have applied for a new connection and the area manager of delhi name anil has told us, the installation will be done in 2 working days. I have made the payment on monday and after 2 Days nobody from the Airtel, even the delhi manager is not picking the phone. The CC said they will definitely come today and the story will be continue from today onwards to till now. I think the Airtel has made a huge amount of money due to which they are doing this kind of activity.

Airtel internet disconnection from two days

I have been using the Airtel Fibernet from Oct 2019 and I have come across the disconnection of internet 3 or 4 times. This was taken for some office works seems Airtel Fibernet is not a reliable source of internet . The connection was frequently disconnected on Nov 9th morning and by evening the connection completely lost . I have been repeatedly calling the customer care and no actions where taken on the same . I have never expected the airtel customer care will be so irresponsible. If this cannot be corrected please disconnect the service and I need the complete repayment.

Service Request pending even after repeated follow up

Dear Sir,
Though I have requested for my ice cream parlour kiosk broadband problem immediate address as my business is affected but even after repeated follow-up nothing has moved (more than one week now). Before 7 months i had taken airtel internet connection exective came and had a wiring done and said the connection will start next day but it never started Reason given that line was cut in your area.. Inspite of calling several time no formal action was taken.

I have applied for a new connection and the area manager of munnekolal name Bhasker has told us, the installation will be done in 2 working days. I have made the payment on Thursday and after 5 Days nobody from the Airtel, even the Munnekolal manager is not picking the phone. The CC said they will definitely come today and the story will be continue from 1 March to till now. I have given my documents 3 days back for a new broadband connection and even paid Rs. 500 on the airtel new connection gateway. I was promised that the technician will contact me for an appointment to install the router and start the internet connection. But after this, I am again only receiving calls for collecting the documents and no call from the technician to book a time. I think your CRM system sucks and there is no tracking on a customer and that is the reason that different people are calling again and again and you have to explain to them the situation again from scratch. Im using airtel since 2017...but till april,2018...it was excellent to make calls and use internet....the internet spped was so good...but currently i mean since the half of april, 2018 I have being faced a lot of problems with my internet connection and network, speaking to someone else....they can't understand my talks, whom I speaking to...very often when I turn on my internet connection..it doesn't connect to internet....Internet symbol doesn't be showed...but when my internet connected to the server it doesn't work properly....a lot of times it holds 2G for it's internet speed...but 2G doesn't working properly also...and a lot of times I used to calling customer care services...and used to shared my problems...their specialists continue reapating this stupid conversation like that....turn on your data roaming services and take out your sim for 30 seconds and then put it to slot 1...and then switch on your phone and restart your phone...then you do not have to face bad connection...you will be get a excellent connection experience..and they also told me that they will be change my 3G service and within 30 mins I will be get a confirmation sms...but no sms got I till now..now i have unlimited pack for calls and 39 GB for whole month on my sim...but I can't using it properly due to the worst connection...one month getting to complete but even I can used only 2.35GB out of 39GB...I will see for few days if nothing happened I shall take an another sim instead of it.

I've 4 CUG connections since last more than 4 years. Since first week of Nov.2012, I'm requesting to provide outgoing details of my 9898367174 & 9898290108 from 01-04-2010 to 31-12-2012, no response received. After 38 E-Mails (evidence can be produced on requirement), I got answer from noddle officer "Our person will contact on one working day" (When?). Though I have launched the same in No. of Customer Forums and on other sites and a scanned copy of the same is sent to Airtel Officials also. Airtel neither refuse to provide the service nor responding properly. Now, I'm fed up, and want to take legal action. Also, I would like to share my bad experience with public and media and whenever I get scope I will publish my experience. I documented all my E-Mails and their subsequent replies. Every time a standard computerised E-mail comes to me stating "We shall come back with 4 working hours", I doubt whether they are working or not. Online Booking Fraud

This is with the reference to my several followups & mails regarding the confusions & goof ups AIRTEL is doing with me.

I really feel sorry t see this devastating state of such a popular brand where quality of response system is really into ruins.

I would like to highlight the issues & experiences as follows:-

1. I Applied the Broadband connection Online on 01/08/2012

2. 5th Day I recieved the call from somebody mentioning that the Online application is invalid and I need to pay the amount to the person visiting me fro collecting my documents.

3. I was alarmed and as I inquired more and showed my reluctance to pay money, some person again called the next day mentioning that he was calling from Okhla office and I was not supposed to pay any amount, rather handover just the documents.

4. 2 days before I again received a call around 8.45 in morning from a female mentioning that she was calling from Okhla Head Office and again raising the issue that my Online transaction is not possible as AIRTEL donot have such schemes of Online booking & Discount.

(Please note that I have the relevant snapshots of the screens mentioning the scheme of Online Bookings)

5. When I was more strict in inquiring with her, she passed on the call to a somebody who claimed to be his senior and he assured that my booking was valid and he has the Online booking form & I need to submit my documents only. He assured me that my issue will be solved soon and somebody will contact me soon.

6. To my surprise, till date nobody has even called, visited or even showed a courtesy of calling me and explaining me the confusions.

7. I had made my booking on 1st August 2012, and if the customer is taken so much for granted in AIRTEL, then I am sorry to say that I would never be interested in keeping any relationships with this organisation who seems to be criminally involved in such fraudulent activities and no control system over their dealers / distributors or employees, who are just interested in their personal benefits as they might be interested in their incentives & commission by making bookings through them..

Therefore I submit that this is my final reminder for clarifying my issues, else I would be forced to take a legal route approaching the relevant consumer forums and claiming my amount back with all relevant charges.

Irrating Drops in Airtel Broad band Connection since last 1 mth.

I have a broadband connection from Airetl account no.7000368429. And we have been facing drops evry 4th minutes since last 1 months and the local people do not have accountability and zeal or may be do not have understand on the impact on this on my day to day business loss I am icnuring in term of manhours and delay in process scheduled online.

I am on the verge to get this connection discountinued.

I knew there is lack luster approcah when it comes to customer services but ther has to be a limit to the approcah and attitude.

I completly agree on the customer care part from airtel off late , I had lodged an complaint for Broad band not working , but the service engineer was kind enuf to not only attend the problem but change my number permanently from my current number to some other number and i got a lot of unwanted calls and also missed a lot of important calls , i donno if this is what they call as service , I have written to thier nodal but no reply , and also to thier applate really irritated to the core with thier behaviour , I am with them for last 7 years and tis is what happen to such a customer is really making me think if they have anything remotely called as customer care and why no one is reply .

Wrong Billing generation

I am Amritesh Pratap.
I had bought a Airtel Broadband connection in Dec. 2011.
My plan was 549/- . In this plan, Airtel marketing agent ensured me that I can browse & surf internet without any cost & i will download anything, it will be free till 3 G.B. After 3 gb, it will be payble according tariff plan.

I used that plan for 1 month. After 1 month, I got a billing summary with 1200/- big amount for that month.
When I talked to airtel customer care, they told me that "Nothing is free in that mentioned plan. All browsing & surfing are paid."

I shocked after listening that . I had cheated by Airtel agent.

Anyway, I complained to airtel customer care in that month(January) that please disconnect my broadband connection. I am not interested to continue your service. But they did not disconnected my services & my bill has generated continue without information.

After 3 month, I received again there call & they informed me that now my billing amount is 4500/- .(This bill was generated without using there connection). Now, they are calling me on daily basis & threat me that if I will not pay there generated amount, they will file a case against me & I will have to pay there amount by-force.

Can anybody help me against them so that I can get justice as soon as possible & nobody could be harassing again by such kind of problem.
Also, please suggest me, what kind of legal action I can take against him ??

Airtel's expert customer care

Dear Sir/Madam,
This mail is refer to our thankfulness to Airtel Broadband regarding our broadband connection (Landline no 03340606050). Our broadband connection was not working properly. Most of the time in a day we are out of connection. Regarding that
(1) I have lodged a complaint (no 10492730) on 18/1/12. Your technician have attend the call and had changed some settings. After that broadband was worked for the remaining of that day.
(2) But the same problem persists on the next day (19/01/12). Again I have lodged a complain (No. 10538148) on 19/01/12 at 12.30 pm. After that, your engineer had attend at 5.30 pm and he also done some setting changes. I also asked him if there is any problem with our MODEM but he disagree with me.
(3) After the engineer left our premises the problem started again. Again I had called the customer care at 6.40pm.
(4) I had repeatedly called your customer care, twice on 20/01/12(at 2.15 pm & 5.00pm), on 21/01/12 (at 1.00 pm), on 24/01/12 (at 2.45 pm). But no one even bother to visit our place after 19/01/12.
(5) Moreover the customer care and technical department has suggest various tips like…….
(a) “There is a problem with our internal network”( though our LAN is working properly and it is not understandable how could he know that from his desktop)
(b) some of your technical expert (…??),named Prabin advised me on 24/01/12 that modem is getting hang because as we switched it off from the power plug instead of MODEM on/off switch
(c) Some also instructed me over phone to change the settings of network , but never bother to send any Engineer.
(6) I had called customer care on 25/01/12 at 4.45 pm and was informed by them that previous service request had been successfully closed (don’t know how it can be closed without customer‘s approval). I was allotted a new service no 10821442.
(7) No one also attend the call as usual and on asking customer care( on 30/01/2012) informed that the call had been attended and successfully solved and closed on 25/01/2012 at 5.30 pm.
(8) As there is no pending call on our account, I had to request for a new service call on 30/01/2012….service call no 10983272.
(9) The most amazing thing happens after that……….An Engineer attend our call, my router which was faulty ( I’m shouting from the very first day to change the router as it seems to be not working properly but the EXPERTS of AIRTEL BROADBAND never agree on that) have been changed and the broadband is working in its way till date & time.
(10) I’m so much thankful to Airtel to solve our problem, may be it is after 9 days and after 11 calls. They have finally comeout of the problem. Hats off to Airtel’s such a responsive customer care team and such a team full with expertise. May our all the business had to stuck for 9 days and may I had to hear such bluffs from the customer care and the technical departments. But finally Airtel have done it. Again a lot of thank s to the India’s most renowned internet service provider.

AIRTEL failed to refund my money

Am sudhan, i asked for a airtel broadband connection an agent came and filled a application form and i gave 1000rs to the connection ,after 15 days i called to them and ask where is the connection they said in your area we cant give connection sir {no signal} but already there is 3 connection in my apartment, after they said like that i ask them to refund my money they said ok within 15days u will be refunded, again after 15days i called to that dealer they said me to call to the customer care and i called to the customer care and give a complaint they gave a complaint number, they also said the same thing within 15days it will reach you, after 15days again i called to customer care and i said about the customer complaint number they said that there is no complaint in that number.

now tell me what can i do after this , this happened before 5 months.....

airtel cheated me:not providing refund of Rs.3000

i was an airtel subscriber, i had by mistake made an excess payment of Rs.3000. when i ask airtel to refund the money, they initially said that they would be sending a cheque, then i asked them to transfer it to my account(the same one from which i made the online paymnet) and gave them the account details.

now they say the money has been refunded. but they never say to which account. this is despite me asking them repeatedly.
i sent them my bank account statement which clearly shows that the amount was not refunded.
they keep saying that the money credited to my other account. i feel somebody in airtel has swindled the money.
i am shocked at the kind of responses i received from airtel when i asked for my refund. the people sitting in customer care are all babies who don't understand a thing.

I am using your Braodband num- 04042021457 since december 2010 onwards. In the month of May ie 13th may i had made the payment of Rs 1000 and remaining 727 need to be paid later on. But my services had been disconnecte without any proper intimation or notice either vide email /sms or phone call.

when i spoke to CC he conveyed that you need to visit any airtel outlet and make the payment as it is the case of termination your services will be resumed within 4 hrs of payment.

On saturday i went to your malakpet center and i was told as this is the case of termination you need to go to our HO ie Begumpet .

Tel me how far it is correct if that CC would haved conveyed the same thing then i would have gone to Begumpet directly. Anyway on saturday evening I make the payment of Rs 727 and i was told that services will be resumed within 4 hrs .

On sunday when i realised that i am still not getting internet then again i called your executive CC for further clarification , then i came to know that i need to submit all the documents again and it will take 7 working day to restart. Tell me is it fair even airtel people are not clear either from branch office or from HO that what are the formalities to resume an disconnect services.
and today when i again call your CC then she was saying I had already spoken to some one and you denied to submit the documents and your complain had been postponed for one more week ie 21st June 2011.

1.Tell me what should I do ?
2.Why evey one in CC is having his own openion?
3.Why you had keep us in dark ?
4.Why all the clauses had been came into picture after making the complete payment?
5. why i was not informed before termination of my services?
** I am not getting proper response from your executives they put me on hold and then they disconnect the call. Again i need to start from the begining. I want solution for same.

6. I need clarification on my all above mentioned questions.
7. If my services will not resumes in 24 hrs. I will lodge an complain in consumer court.
8. Every day I am incurring more than 30 rs while calling to your custumer care.
