placed order and money deducted from my account. but app shows"

placed order and money deducted from my account. but app shows"incomplete payment " . That means I made payment & no food. money lost. contacted bank people to resolve my issue, because zomato has no responsibility, no proper customer service number nothing.

guys with this experience , I sincerely suggest pls don't choose zomato . they loot you silently and shy away from responsibilities.

I had placed an order at 9.40

I had placed an order at 9.40 pm and the food was delivered at 11.37pm

It took two hours for them to deliver the food. U say that food will be dekivered on time or else money would be back. Also the food was from mcdonalds. So it hardly takes time to prepare the same.

Where is my money.
When u are copying the tag line from dominos than do like them.
They incase not delivered within half an hours time they dont take money.

Also where should we connect u.
There is one number which is wrong
