But I what I have ordered the delivery partner didn't gave me he only handed me a empty box it only has pices of boxes and nothing else in it. I am a Captain working in one
I am a Captain working in one of the chennai Branch.I am a female employee.
I have never taken Time off since I joined. Due to medical issue, I took 2 days Time off this week.My Time off request was approved. I was quite shocked that I am denied Week off which is absurd. The SM is claiming that since I took 2 Timeoff, I am not eligible for week off. I took Time off on Medical grounds.But denying my right to have one day week off is quite disappointing. Is this the way Blinkit treats its female captains when they seek Time offs by denying their week off? Is it not the responsibility of Blinkit to see to it that their staffs , especially women are treated with dignity? It's very disappointing. SM & one of the ASM think that they are the King and Crown Prince of this particular chennai centre. There is favourism aspect in this chennai centre where the SM and ASM are lineant with female staffs who are in their friend circle. Professionalism is missing in this chennai centre. Is this situation common in all centres? With such people as SM & ASM , Blinkit will lose its reputation.
