Block through the NetBanking

  • Login to the YES BANK NetBanking using your Login ID & password click here
  • Click on “Credit Card” tab.
  • Select “Block Lost/Stolen Card”

Block using the Mobile Banking

Steps for Registration if you have not registered:

  • Download YES Mobile from Play Store/ App Store
  • Register on YES Mobile using your Retail Net Banking/ Credit Card / Debit Card / Customer Information
  • Follow below mentioned steps to proceed

If you have already registered, Login into the YES Mobile app using APIN/Fingerprint

  • Click on Credit card from Bottom Carousal
  • Select “Block Lost/Stolen Card”. Confirm blocking your Credit card using MPIN.

Block using YES Pay

  • Select Manage Cards
  • Tap on requests and select Block Card

Block using the PhoneBanking
