Very poor service
Baught a three door refrigerator and this garbage has stopped working after one month. I have registered a complaint. Technician visited on 12/72022 just to check but not rectified it. After one week, i have a piece of garbage with lots of call summaries with different persons.
Why the company is selling their products if they can't provide services.

I have lodged complaint no. KOL29072147429 on 29.07.2021 at 8 AM. The
request has not been attended so far. I received a call from
technician Mr Kartik Ghosh (mobile xxxxxx2279) the whirlpool engineer
told me that its rainy season the complaint cannot be attended. He may
attend the complaint according to his suitability. WHAT A POOR SERVICE
OF WHIRLPOOL. Is the company is not selling its products in rainy
season. What a poor customer should do?
Facing cooling problem
Dear manager
I bought the Whirlpool inverter AC on 22 June2020, installed on 30 June2020, due to no cooling by AC, I was compliant on 1 July 2020. Engineer came on 31 July AFTER MANY MORE COMPLAINED to customer care and service centre through mail and phones contact , AC does not have gas aap to Singh bi engineer, again AC gas filling then given good cooling. Now cooling is off, I am not satisfy your engineer's service.
Please solve my problem immediately.

WORST & PATHETIC
I bought a single door fridge and it was delivered. Due to the COVID, they said there is no installation available and requested to do it ourselves. However, to use the fridge, there was no bottom bush and without that, it cannot be placed on the ground for operation. When I try to call customer care and express the concern they are least bothered to understand the situation, the call was disconnected abruptly. Made the call today at 11:41 and ending with 8000. I bought the item for my mother was in need and now it is lying ideal for almost a week since its delivered and I am unable to explain my situation because of your WORST & PATHETIC customer care...
Machine is not taking load

I have semi automatic wahing machine it was in warranty i have problem in drainage tech. Come he manually cleaning while doing this he block the pipe and fill the tube with water and said machine is blocked it need chemical cleaning 1500 is the charge he (vivek)is just afraud one making customer fool i refused him after then he continously calling me for coming to do service i call local once he open from back the big ball of lint came out and my problem is resolved plz dont call any tech. Shitty installation service
I've got a brand new shiney AC from so called by the salesman a wonderful brand for ACs. Look you scoundrels, if y'all cannot provide a smooth service for an installation of ac, why on earth are y'all selling it? I've bought it and my money is stuck and there's no one yet coming to install this piece of shit on a wall since 3 days.

I have new washing machine after 2weeks only use after there is some problems first problem is continued rotating not stop so i complaints then tachnision come and replaced timer something next day i will use then machine not working properly so i complained again one other tacnition came thay will say thats normal working but i can't use like this so please give me advice

Washing machine fully automatic top loading-leak
Service request on 18th Jany 2020. 3 times 3 different technicians came, checked m/c, confirmed needs rectification. Assured Will do it. Till 8th Feb 2020 no job done.(3weeks have gone) Phone calls to Tech, service centre who spoke & Prop - ph switched off /line busy, will call tomorrow etc. For 40 + yrs using WP washing machine & fridge.
Poor response from customer care centers.
A month back my fridge was repaired by a technician from whirlpool center. Same problem has started again, however am calling the customer care centers but the response is very poor. Rather than accepting the complaint and kept on asking the number of a person who repaired my fridge earlier. This is insane when I had registered my complaint through customer care number, am not suppose to keep record of the technicians who repaired my fridge. I right now need urgently technician to repair, none is accepting my complaint.

Hi, I have given a complaint regarding my refrigerator approximately 1 month back. Without information they have closed my complaint without solving that issue. And there is no response from customer service. This is a worst experience with whirlpool which I had.

Cooling Problem in AC

I am facing cooling problem in AC of own office cabin (Mohindra Fasteners Ltd. Rohtak Haryana) from 22.06.18 . I have give complaint to service center 03~04 times and send ac to servisce center for repairing but my problem have not solve till today .When compressor is not working , when many leakages , when coil is OK . What is this in new AC.
I am bearing over heat in own cabin from 22.06.18 .
PL. provided new ac under replacement immediately .Otherwise we will go in consumer court .
