I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service of Whirlpool.
I purchased a Whirlpool AC just 6 months ago, and it has already stopped responding to the remote. Your technician confirmed a faulty internal board, but despite registering complaint No. PAT18042696450, there has been no resolution.
Repeated follow-ups on WhatsApp only result in automated “work in progress” replies. No timeline, no accountability. Even after speaking to your representative, no proper explanation was provided, and my earlier service ticket was cancelled without any reason.
This kind of service is unacceptable. I genuinely regret my decision to buy a Whirlpool AC and will not be purchasing any Whirlpool products in the future.

Recently I purchased a AC from this company. The installing team member's behaviour was very rudy and non-cooperative. They don't resolve complaints of customers. This is the worst company in India. I suggest not to purchase any product from this so called company.
