Request for Reactivation of Deactivated Prepaid SIM

Hope you're doing well.
This is to inform you that, due to some personal reasons, I haven't used my number vi number 70423721XX for 4 months, now that, I've visited two stores , both the stores conclude that the sim won't be re-activated. i have visited airtel service centre but it did not worked.

This Elakiya Amarnath from Arumbakkam, Chennai - 6XX106. I was purchased 5 numbers in Aircel for business purpose Which was ending. In these number except XX2 and 3XX others are activated till now. After Aircel closed i changed all the numbers to vodafone network, due to some network issue again I changed to Airtel postpaid network. After certain months i went Arumbakkam Airtel store met the employee Mr.Mani Ravi, from starting onwards he only processed and changed our all numbers to AIrtel postpaid. So that everytime we went Airtel store at Arumbakkam we met Mr.Maniravi only, he told that both numbers cannot be retrieved due to pending payments. We reuested alot nearly one week we went to Airtel store continuously with payments but he told it cannot retrieved.
Recently again we checked with Mr.Maniravi, he told i was left the job. I infor to another person he will contact you like, After few minutes Mr.Jaffer contacted me from Airtel store, Arumbakkam, Chennai - 6XX106. He told both the numbers can be retrieve once you clear the pending bill payments. So that i immediately paid the payments through QR Code to Airtel store. After few days he told me only one number able to recovered another one is not receovered like that, seriously i toltally upset after heard that. Only 333 this only recovered now. 9841XXX222 this number went to homeplace that means to Aircel it went they told, Whats my question is... Both the numbers same series , same name, same history, travelled into path then how one number recovered another one cannot. I properly changed that both numbers to Airtel Network. This XXXXXXXX222 is my business number, very luckiest one and for bank, adhar everything this number only registered one for me.
Kindly help out from the issue and please relieve that number this is my humble request. This mistake cannot be repeat from me, need this number soon MAM/SIR.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself sureshkumar am using the mobile number (97505xxxxx) i have been with Vodafone more than 4 years years.
I have failed to pay the bill from past 6 to 7 months due to covid crisis, since I lost my job by July 2020.
No I have cleared the outstanding amount with VI.
But now in the vi store saying that my number has been moved to mother network of aircel. since the company got closed i cant recover the mobile number.
Am requesting you to pls retrieve the same number to vi will ensure that there's no delay in payment here after. Since this mobile number I have attached with all the bank accounts, adhar and other functions.
This number is really mandatory for me please help me out to get this no.

With deep regret we would like to inform Airtel Number XXXX port from Vodafone to Airtel corporate connection IN NAME OF PREMIER TRANSPORT LIMITED with total 08 numbers all together . We had been paying monthly charges (Invoice attached) to Ms Bharti Airtel but after 03 months Donor Operator (Vodafone) has raised disconnection SR for pending outstanding Amt which we had paid in Full & final settlement of Vodafone with no any dues on Ms Premier .
But Our Airtel Number till date not in service & de-activated status due to which we are facing problem since it’s our number incorporated with Kolkata GST / HDFC bank & other Govt. portals & Auction website - We are un-able to receive the OPT as following number is registered .
