To require the following information for reporting unauthorized transactions

  • For Reporting Unauthorized Electronic Banking Transaction with details such as:
    • Your Account number
    • Your Transaction date
    • Your Transaction amount
  • Customer have to Block the debit card/net banking/mobile banking/account so that he/she may not getting any loss.
  • Customer has to submit the debit card at the nearest branch immediately on reporting unauthorized transactions.
  • Customer will be informed by their registered email id regarding the unauthorized transaction reported along with intimation to submit necessary documents for investigation.

Ansari estate pvt. ltd not submitting original Bill of entry

ANsari Estate Pvt. Ltd having account in South India Industrial Bank, chennai and granted loan 20 crores. we have bought raw cashew nut from them. They have given bad quality and not settled our amount of 11 lacs so far. We understood that they have given dublicate BIll of entry to the bank and close the account. For this, some of the officers of your bank is helping to them.
We heard that still he has not submitted some of the original documents which they sent payment to the abroad.

we already infomred many times but they did not agree. So we are going legal way to get the payment.

But we surprised after 8 month over, how your bank not asking the original documents from them.
