Customer care service of city cable at Gandhinagar gujarat was not answered to of my complain even i talk to him personally they suggest to me to discontinue your siti cable and take another cable service.

Sir, i m not getting pakeges information from cable operator, my service of cable is stop i had pay 1st n last payed amount 300 last month now from 4 days it's stop i mis lot of programs n news it's not a good service provider siti cable may not good not helpful, i want my money back, settop box charged back.

I have two connection .
One HD and one normal .
I have payed for all channels and when I want to watch a specfive channel Iit does not come.
Moreover the people are so rude.
You being in the business of service industry you cannot have people who are rude .

Refund of the set top box
I have a cable connection but the cable service is so bad that I have decided to surrender the set top box. Every time it shows contact cable operator and when I call the cable operator person they come and always says that there is a problem in the main line. Then for some days it remains ok but again the same problem repeats. Feddup of this cable service. Please tell what is the procedure to surrender the set top box.

Extra charge for selecting channel
My provider told us that there will be extra Rs 40 charge if we chose to select channel apart from the channel and setup box charges. Is it true?

Very bad service headack
For the last 3 months many channel are not coming even though i complain it so many times to the cable operator. But they (Cable operator) are saying that the channel will come after someday due to some problem the channels are not coming, but my question is for how long they will take to resolve problems.? Now the cable operator are saying that the charge increased due to gst. Even though we are giving so much money but then also we cannot see many channels. News channel such as ndtv the most important channel it is also not coming and many entertainment channels also are not coming. When set top box are not there means analog system then it is working well but now it is really in bad condition. Please kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Hi, I'm a E digital setup box cable user today my setup box was not working when I contacted the operator he told the tuner was corrupted so he replaced with a old other setup box and he charged Rs. 250/- when I asked him the bill he said its a service charge. I want to know is there any charges for the setup box replacement?
